This week I am talking all about the science backed theory of how micro changes have a longer lasting affect on our wellness than big changes.

This theory has started to make its way into more conversations, especially with health professionals, as evidence continues to mount on how ineffective our goal planning is when it comes to improving our health. Research out of the U.S. shows that 75% of their health care spending goes on preventable illness. I imagine Australia is much the same.

So with our healthcare system busting at the seams and more and more doctors reducing bulk billing, it might be time to check in on some of your bad health habits.
