On our journey, sometimes we get stuck in a place where little is been accomplished. There will be situations that will tend to contradict the promise of God. Our adversary will try to sabotage our dream, but we can call upon the Lord. David tells us how God heard him and reached down to deliver him and brought him to the large place. The large place represents the place of enormous opportunities; the place where meaning is given to our lives. The large place is the place where our hopelessness is turned into hope and our delusions into delight.
