The term ”last mile” is normally applied to shipping logistics. However, I feel the term ”last mile” has more importance when applied it to food. The ”last edible mile” is the most problematic food. I envision a world that eliminates the ”last edible mile” and reconfigure one where every city becomes the ”first and only edible mile”. Going from last to first, not bad.
