The engaging Robert Christopher visits THE LAST KNOCK to discuss all that horror music we love to chill our bones at the theatre.

We’ll not only talk about great films and their respective scores, like The Shining and The Exorcist, but how to compose and make quality music in the midst of other people’s egomania.

Robert also reveals what it takes as a musician and composer to make a go of it in the film industry – and how to keep your head above a chorus of lunacy after giving so damn much and getting paid so damn little.

Unexpectedly, we’ll also explore when42nd Street thrived in coolness before its sterilization, and much more about the musician and composer’s native New York City.

On Friday the 13th, in July 2018, Robert Christopher released his latest foray into haunting and ethereal music scapes that encapsulate a vibrant atmosphere of the delightfully dark. His song series, “Even Monsters Weep” is tantalizing and conjures amazing imagery.
