This is probably the most disrespectful council meeting I have ever seen. Bartie is disrespectful. Kinlaw, and Frank act entitled like they are owed a free meal. Hamilton is just in outer space.

If you don't watch any other meeting, you need to watch this one!!!! This is prime example of a circus!!!!!
