Minister for Finance, Trade, Employment and Training Ros Bates has had an $67,000 office makeover at 1 Williams Street at the Queensland taxpayers expense.

Premier David Crisafulli and Deputy Premier Jarrod Bleijie requested two televisions each, totaling $10,000.

Meanwhile Youth Justice Minister Laura Gerber’s office requested a quote for a television to be installed because it was required to watch Parliament, but it was rejected due to the cost.

Peter Fegan on 4BC Breakfast said "the last thing it [1 Williams Street] needs is a makeover."
