Biden’s disastrous debate performance had voters questioning his cognitive ability, much less his ability to run the country. Rumors that Biden may be replaced by someone like Gretchen Whitmer have gained traction; however, there are doubts about whether Whitmer (or any other replacement) could be a viable candidate.
