It's also for those who were told to “not talk about our feelings outside this house.” And at the same time, it’s for those of us who’ve always known there’s something sacred about being seen, fully, flaws and all.

We dive deep into a real story, one where Spirit showed up mid-session and reminded me that therapy and curanderismo don’t cancel each other out. They complete each other. We talk about ancestral memory, why our community sometimes chooses spiritual support over clinical, and how we can start choosing both.

Because real talk? Some of us are too spiritual pa’ la oficina and too deep pa’ small talk. And somewhere along the way, we got the idea that being spiritual and getting therapy were two different zip codes. But guess what? They live at the same address now.

Therapy isn’t betrayal. It’s a homecoming.

Yeah, Limpias help, but so does learning to say “I’m angry” without burning bridges.

We can sage the room and learn how to set boundaries without guilt.
