Mother's Day Weekend 2021 Erin "Appalachian Rose" Latz invited "Mama Rose" ("Shift Doctor" Tracy Latz) to help her with a live stream 27 flavor Pringle's Potato Chip Taste Test.... what occurred is hysterical history and launched the beginning to the Latz Talk! podcast. I know, right! What a quirky way to birth a new podcast..... but then it sets the tone for the fact that you NEVER know what you might find in the musings of an Integrative Psychiatrist! While this debut podcast is indeed a lengthy one - --- you just can't stop after only ONE flavor of Pringles so we had to give each of the 27 flavors their due honor. And the ultimate winning flavor of the taste test challenge  may just surprise you.... it sure did surprise us!!
