This podcast is about my journey of starting over...literally in real time walking through my current life experiences to share all of laughs, advice, wisdom, hardships and challenges with women over 40 who may also find themselves here...Having lost a few things along the way so feeling like we have nothing when we actually have everything we need. We are not starting from scratch, we are beginning again with experience!
In this episode, I start at the beginning! Why this podcast, where the journey began, a few snippets of the journey and how I'm moving forward. I AM STARTING OVER! And it is not necessarily about building my foundation anew but more about understanding where it wasn't laid properly in the first place and using my wealth of experience to set it how I want and need it to be for this leg of my life's journey!
