Once again, the wealth of new music released over the last month has been staggering. There’s teh return of some greats from the past, such as Cindy Lawson, Jon Spencer, and The Len Price 3. There’s not one but two records from Wild Billy Childish’s The William Loveday Intention. David Nance, Kevin Morby, and Daniel Romano continue to blur the genre lines with their new albums. Rum Bar Records and Red On Red Records have their usual great projects. Topping it off is a fabulous (and free!) tribute to Guided By Voices featuring a number of The Ledge regulars.

I would love it if every listener bought at least one record I played on either of these shows. These great artists deserve to be compensated for their hard work, and every purchase surely helps not only pay their bills but fund their next set of wonderful songs. And if you buy these records directly from the artist or label, please let them know you heard these tunes on The Ledge! Let them know who is giving them promotion!
