The police acted stupidly…remember that statement?  Sure you do, back in July of 2009, President Obama said those words when commenting on a case that involved a friend.  Of course the President also admitted Professor Louis Gates “…is a friend, so I may be a little biased here.  I don’t know all the facts.”
