In the African American community, many black men are frowned upon for not being in their children’s lives. Derwin Graham was loved by his father, which taught Derwin how to love his son Derwin Graham III, while maintaining creativity at ESPN, helping produce Dwayne Wade film “ Life Unexpected” and the documentary that took the world by storm, “ The Last Dance.” Within eighteen months Graham produced two films that are a major part of ESPN’s catalog, which is now the beginning of his legacy.
