On todays Bible Answer Man broadcast, Hank discusses the shocking beheading of a teacher in France this past weekend. Samuel Paty was giving his middle-school class a lesson about free speech as required by the French Ministry of Educations national curriculum. The teachingaccording to authorities, who interviewed him about the lesson before his deathdisplayed cartoons of Muhammad from Charlie Hebdo, the satirical magazine targeted in a bloody terrorist attack in 2015. French President Emmanuel Macron said that this attack bore all the hallmarks of an Islamic terrorist attack and the teacher had been murdered because he taught freedom of expression. Some have forgotten, others blithely unaware of the reality that Islam is the only significant religious system in the history of the human race with a socio-political structure of laws that mandate violence against the infidel. That this graphic global reality makes Islam a religious ideology espousing terrorism as a permanent policy rather than a temporary expedient. While certainly there are many, many peaceful and tolerant Muslims, that hardly means that Islam is a peaceful and tolerant religion. From the fall of Jerusalem to the present, the world has known jihad. Muhammads trail of terror is the legacy of Islam.
