Slade Giles received his Cancer diagnosis in 2018, while in school for his MBA .  A quick cascade of events followed, bringing him to his knees. His perspective had to change from planning for years, to planning days.  His heart opened as his priorities shifted and he began to build bridges in Art and Science, raise money for children for shoes in east Africa. He climbed mountains alone and realized life's ultimate fragility. Now he is working to build an orphanage in Tanzania to create consistent Education for a hopeful trajectory for young pregnant mothers who otherwise would remain kicked out of school.
