When Alysa was younger, her parents told her a story about her great grandfather, John Lucas (born Charles Ballou), robbing a bank and the family fleeing north to Detroit, Michigan. In the first bonus episode, Alysa and her father, Jim, start to work through the family lore, photos, and documents as a way understand what actually happened and what it has all meant for the family.
