Even when our circumstances seem to be conspiring to defeat us, God is at work for us. This is clear from the life of Joseph, whose circumstances kept changing but his relationship with God was constant. His story is also one of God’s healing power of mercy, forgiveness, and restoration. Joseph’s experience demonstrates how God’s hidden providence is always working to bring good out of evil.
