Merriman explains why he launched his own MMA league (Lights Out Xtreme Fighting) in 2019, what makes the league different from the UFC, and promotes an upcoming fight between two rising stars with bad blood. The legendary linebacker also shares his thoughts on the changing nature of the NFL, tells some of his favorite stories from his own time in the league, and gives his predictions about how he thinks the 2023 season will unfold for this new Chargers team.
