Like collecting stamps, I greatly advocate collecting and curating stories. 

Next time something interesting happens in your life (or anyone else’s, for that matter), take note and jot it down. Voila! You’ve got yourself a genuine story.

Now, think about your customers and what they need right now.

How would your story resonate with them? Can you add a. Business meaning to it? Use it to explain something about you or your business. Or use it to show customers who you are as a person and why they might want to buy into you.

Find the human element.

Find the emotion

Find the barriers and triumphs

Find out what we can all relate to

When you’ve found all that, you have a story. 

Then all that’s left is to tell it as only you can.
