In this episode, I tell a story of how I learned not to take myself so seriously. Dealing with the societal pressures of being perfect, I was flung into a situation that made me realize that I would never be perfect and that I needed to laugh at myself if I was ever going to be a successful manager. With this story and the lessons that I learned, I hope to inspire others to take a chance and throw away that need to be perfect.
