Today I sat down with Katelyn, the founder of Havre de Luxe, the original creators of luxury handbag protectors and cleaners. We unpacked the challenges of maintaining professional boundaries in social settings and with your boss and employees when you’re close in age, managing family expectations and career aspirations and the significance of how her agency fosters a culture of self advocacy, creativity and flexibility too. Today I sat down with my friend Medha Krishen, a 3L in the Midwest who’s not afraid to do things a little unconventionally and invest in herself. My favorite moment is where we talk about traveling to conferences and for networking opportunities as an investment in yourself and your career and how personal branding is essential in shaping your career, especially as an entrepreneur or professional in an emerging industry.
