WARVENEZUELALet’s open with some dark, pointed humor LINK
In addition to the material we offered yesterday, covering many of the double standards and lies spewed forth by Trump and his goons, we have numerous new developments to discuss.
FIRST, Delcy Rodriguez was sworn-in as VZ Prez shortly after the US paraded Maduro on the NY streets, opening a van as it transported him. Just inexcusable: LINK and today at midday, he pled NOT GUILTY to the charges levied against him in court. LINK
SECOND - Kier Starmer won’t say whether this US attack is a violation of international law LINK Under Article Two of the UN charter, it is. LINK
THIRD- Marco Rubio claims that if a foreign nation in the Western Hemisphere should have some kind of resource “in our own backyard” and the US doesn’t like that regime, the US can engage in coups, kidnappings, and other aggressive actions to alter those governments. That, in his eyes, somehow makes the US the “good guy” in that equation. Really. LINK He also expressed childish disdain for the ongoing (as we go to print, it continues) emergency UN Security Council meeting condemning the Trump kidnapping of Maduro. And UN SEC MIKEY WALTZ echoed the mentality that the US must HAVE CONTROL. LINK - AND ONLY ONE EU MEMBER STATE, SPAIN, CALLED OUT THE US FOR CRIMINALITY. LINK We will have more details tonight, on Liberty Conspiracy LIVE, at 6 PM via Rumble and X “At”gardgoldsmith. John Fetterman spoke to FOX and asked fellow Dems to just acknowledge the “success” of this further erosion of their lovely Constitution. Astounding. But what should one expect from a guy who gushed over getting a “silver pager” given to him by genocidal maniac Benjamin Netanyahu. LINK
FOURTH, Trump did not ask Congress for a Declaration of War or Letters of Marque and Reprisal when he invaded and killed 40 people in the act of kidnapping Maduro and his wife (whom they likely kidnapped to pressure him). But Trump DID consult with oil companies and investment bankers, long before the kidnapping. LINK
FIFTH- Nearly 30 Cuban guards were killed by the US in the kidnapping of Maduro. LINK
SIXTH - BBC reporters have been banned from using the term “KIDNAP” to describe the actions of the US. Remember that next time they report on a kidnapping by anyone not affiliated with the polis. LINK
SEVENTH- Many MAGA (such as WRKO, Boston Radio, host Jeff Kuhner, are livid that Mamdani mentioned collectivism in his inaugural speech as he took over as Mayor of New York City. LINK But, at the same time, they applaud Trump and the US military — a collectivist construct — for illegally kidnapping Nicolas Maduro. If one is unwilling to see collectivism in all operations of the polis, one is willfully blind.
EIGHTH - Pravda reports that the Chinese Foreign Ministry is readying legal action to protect its government assets in Venezuela. China’s Foreign Ministry statement today asserts legal protection for its $19 billion in Venezuelan investments following a U.S. operation detaining President Maduro. (Data from ICSID shows China winning 70% of investor-state cases since 2015, potentially enabling asset seizures abroad to pressure successor governments.) Chinese investments in Venezuela are overwhelmingly tied to the Chinese government, primarily through state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and policy banks rather than private entities. This structure stems from the bilateral relationship’s focus on government-to-government loans, oil-for-loan arrangements, and joint ventures in sectors like energy. While there have been some recent private investments, they remain exceptions that comprise (from what I have been able to research today), about 10% in a landscape dominated by state involvement.
This, from the Redacted morning email: ‘Is your algorithm telling you that Venezuelans are happy the U.S. invaded their country and kidnapped their president? Then you, my friend, may be the target of a CIA psy-op designed to justify an international crime. Sources tell Redacted that the CIA is using AI-driven campaigns to portray the U.S. operation as something Venezuelans welcome. “They’re happy about it,” the message goes.
Only they’re not, demonstrated by the widespread condemnation across Latin America and Spain. It would make no sense if they were.
How, I ask you, can the United States — the country that sanctioned Venezuela’s economy into poverty and flooded the region with CIA-run drug routes — suddenly be its savior? That’s like turning to cigarettes to cure lung cancer. The U.S. has never carried out a regime-change operation that didn’t end in chaos and destruction for the country involved. And virtually no nation welcomes U.S. intervention, with the notable exceptions of Israel and Ukraine.
Let’s look at how this went the last time the U.S. kidnapped a leader in Latin America. In 1989, the United States invaded Panama and seized Manuel Noriega, a former CIA asset who developed the inconvenient habit of asserting national independence. The invasion killed hundreds of civilians, flattened entire neighborhoods, and violated Panama’s sovereignty, all so Washington could haul Noriega back to the U.S. The result wasn’t democracy or stability. It was destruction, dependency, and a precedent that the U.S. can abduct foreign leaders when it decides the law no longer applies. Oh, and the drugs didn’t dry up. Drug supply in Panama has only doubled.
Given this truth, would it really be surprising if the U.S. government ran a psychological operation on its own people to justify an act of aggression? In 2022, a Stanford Internet Observatory report revealed that the Pentagon has repeatedly conducted covert online influence campaigns. These were psychological operations designed to shape public opinion and manufacture consent for war.
So should you believe that the U.S. was justified in invading a sovereign state and kidnapping its leader? Not if you value national sovereignty and truth.
Article 2(4) of the United Nations Charter states that all member nations must refrain from “the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state.” Both the United States and Venezuela are parties to the Charter. The law applies, whether Washington likes it or not.’

-VZ-CITGO-PAUL-SINGER-ELECTION-PUSH-AGAINST-THOMAS-MASSIEPaul Singer, a billionaire hedge fund manager and prominent Republican donor, is a major financial backer of efforts to unseat Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky) in the 2026 primary for Kentucky’s 4th Congressional District. Singer contributed $1 million—the largest single donation—to MAGA KY, a Trump-aligned super PAC launched in June 2025 by Trump advisers Chris LaCivita and Tony Fabrizio to target Massie. The PAC raised $2 million total in its first month, with additional funds from investor John Paulson ($250,000) and a committee linked to casino mogul Miriam Adelson ($750,000). MAGA KY has spent over $1.5 million on TV, digital, and other ads attacking Massie for opposing Trump’s agenda, including his vote against Trump’s reconciliation bill (framed by the PAC as tax breaks for law enforcement) and criticisms of Trump on issues like war powers and the Epstein files. Singer’s involvement aligns with his pro-Israel stance, as Massie has opposed U.S. military aid to Israel, drawing ire from pro-Israel donors who have previously targeted him (e.g., AIPAC spent hundreds of thousands against him in 2024, though he won with 75.9% of the vote). The PAC’s ads aim to erode Massie’s support in his Northern Kentucky district, with plans to spend whatever is needed to replace him with a more Trump-aligned candidate.
Singer’s anti-Massie funding also is tied to Singer’s acquisition of Citgo (Venezuela’s U.S.-based oil subsidiary) in November. As founder of Elliott Investment Management, Singer acquired Citgo —a U.S.-based subsidiary of Venezuela’s state-owned oil company PDVSA—through his firm’s affiliate, Amber Energy, in a $5.9 billion deal approved by a U.S. federal judge in November. This acquisition stemmed from a long-running legal battle initiated in 2017 by creditors (including Canadian miner Crystallex) seeking repayment for Venezuela’s defaulted debts, leading to a court-ordered auction of PDV Holding, Citgo’s parent company. Elliott, often described as a “vulture fund” for specializing in distressed assets, outbid competitors like Gold Reserve and Blue Water Acquisition Corp., with the deal valued at a discount compared to Citgo’s estimated worth of $13 billion to $18 billion. Citgo’s assets include three major Gulf Coast refineries (with 800,000 barrels per day capacity), 43 oil terminals, and over 4,000 gas stations. Singer stands to benefit significantly from Nicolás Maduro’s departure, as it paves the way for the U.S. to lift sanctions on Venezuelan oil imports, potentially transforming Citgo into a highly profitable operation. Under Maduro, U.S. sanctions (imposed since 2019) blocked Citgo from importing cheap Venezuelan crude, forcing it to source more expensive oil from Canada or Colombia, which depressed profits. Thus, it would seem odd for Singer to invest in a VZ corporation that was suffering under US sanctions.
Citgo’s refineries were originally optimized for heavy Venezuelan oil, so resuming those imports could dramatically cut costs and boost margins. With Maduro out, a new U.S.-friendly Venezuelan government could stabilize oil production (Venezuela holds the world’s largest reserves), enable sanction relief, and allow Elliott to operate or potentially resell Citgo at a much higher valuation—potentially yielding billions in gains for Singer, who is also a major Trump donor. This certainly seems like a “well-timed US action,” with the U.S. kidnapping of Maduro removing obstacles like Maduro’s refusal to recognize the sale, thereby enhancing the asset’s value under Trump administration policies. Singer’s political giving has generally favored establishment Republicans, pro-Israel causes, and select policy alignments that overlapped with Rubio’s positions during the 2016 race. Judge Andrew Napolitano and Anya Parampil (whose book, “Corporate Coup” is excellent on the US/UK corporate/political attempts to control VZ) had a very good conversation on this, today.

Trump-lovin’ DC Draino (that attorney who, over the summer, had no clue that the tariff power is in Article One, not Article Two, of the US Constitution) is celebrating the fact that, tied to the Somali Daycare Center Scandal, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz is not continuing his reelection campaign. LINK But Draino’s celebration of “independent journalist” Nick Shirley’s work to uncover the “Somali Daycare Center” corruption certainly seems to be part of a larger propaganda move to promote Shirley and focus on the Somalies and Walz. As we noted last week, there have been MANY other welfare frauds, capped by the biggie of Trump’s PPP in the “Cares Act” and by the overall idea that there is anything morally acceptable about stealing from some people to give it to others. As James Li notes at 23 min into that linked GTW video from last night, the US attorney already knew about the larger $9 bil in Minn Welfare fraud, but this smaller portion of it, equaling appx $110 million, got much more attention. Odd… Shirley has popped up all over the world, “investigating” matters that juuuust happen to work in tandem with Trumper/MAGA (likely Zionist-state) agendas. He supposedly has a tiny budget, yet in the last few years has traveled to at least 15 countries for his content creation, as he stated during a White House roundtable in October 2025.
