We had the opportunity to explore some big breaking news tonight, and collect data on important matters that refute the claims of MAGA politicians when it comes to “violent crime rising” in numerous cities in the US and when it comes to Trump’s insane tariffs! Here are some of the items we hit:

THE IGNOBLE PEACE OF NONSENSE PRIZE
Yep. It was obvious that the complicit-in-genocide Trump wouldn’t get the Cracker-Jack Box prize (such a prize would be preferable to this writer), even though the Noblesse-Oblige Committee once gave the prize to Obama for no reason, and then he committed mass drone murders. Instead, the NP committee played. They gave it to a “Venezuelan opposition reformer” Maria Corina Machado, who juuuuust happens to be very closely tied to the US CIA and the UK. Yes, a shock. As I noted: “Such theatre. Obviously, this is a big firework to push more international focus on trying to remove President Maduro. She not only is a pawn of the US and UK, she openly called for Netanyahu to militarily overthrow Maduro. How is that peaceful? Try to hire better fiction writers next time, Nobelites.”

**VENEZUELA - TIE-IN:
At the UN Security Council (UNSC) in NY today, numerous members protested the US attacks on fishing boats in Venezuelan waters and multiple extrajudicial murders in international waters Trump has ordered. LINK

A win for Pritzker. LINK Another Federal District Ct judge has blocked Trump in his constantly zig-zagging attempt to bring in Nat Guard troops or force state-based Nat Guard troops to do his bidding. LINK Here is more, on the two high profile rulings in the past ten days LINK
And… SS-tephen Miller MiSSes it again. He seems to think that A. The National Guard is constitutionally authorized, which is incorrect. The Constitution provides for the Militia, to be called up for War. The Founders did not want a standing army, (as Jacob Hornberger and I discussed last night, on LCL see 17:30) and wanted to stress that the bulk of the people, gun-carrying, training on their own, were the MILITIA. He also misses, B., that the Guard cannot be ordered around like this, even if one believes the Guard is valid under that dusty, disregarded US CONstitution. LINK And the Daily Show did a good job mocking the Trump gang’s attempt to gin up nation-wide fear of “VIOLENCE” in places like Chicago and Portland. LINK
Another Federal judge has ruled that February KC area arrests of migrants were unlawful. LINK
The Chicago woman whom ICE shot FIVE TIMES is facing charges now, allegedly for using a car as a “deadly weapon” - which seems very dubious, since it looks like the ICE goons BOXED HER IN and restricted her FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT, and, moreover, the ICE goons are not constitutionally sanctioned, let alone sanctioned to be in the state without an invite.
ICE is DEFENDING the goon who shot that Chicago-area priest in the head with a pepper-ball. LINK
Of all publications, the WSJ has a good piece on how the influx of Trump goons is the catalyst for violence, is bringing violence, not the other way ‘round (as Trump portrays) LINK
The Chicago News Guild is suing Trump and his ICE goons over their attacks on news reporters. LINK
Chicago schools are handing leaflets to kids to give them more info on their rights in the face of ICE attacks. LINK

ICE Agents in TX reportedly shot a family DOG at the family HOME they were invading, then the ICE goon who pulled the trigger ran and the others offered no help. LINK
In BOSTON, this lawyer who had been critical of ICE is suing because the govt appears to have taken his phone at Logan Airport as a means of punishing him, LINK
In IOWA, the govt of Polk Cty is suing a headhunting firm because the govt used them to hire a public school super who — was not a legal citizen. GOD FORBID! LINK
