Welcome, fellow Conspirators!
We got to gather for THREE HOURS tonight, discussing stories of massive import, and welcoming from Utah fellow Conspirator, Furb! Furb soon will be releasing a BBQ sauce for you to grab, and he offered us key observations about war, privacy, our enemy the state, government threats against business people, and the Charlie Kirk assassination. Find him on X and ask about how to buy his sauces!! We also got to hit on these, among many key issues:

TYLENOL FIGHTS BACK
Kenvue, the makers of Tylenol, just released a 42-page response-rebuttal to the US government accusation that Tylenol/acetaminophen use for pregnant women can increase the risk of autism for the child. There are earnest people on both sides of this, but the key, as far as policy is concerned, is that there is not only no constitutional “power” for the FDA to exist, thus no constitutional justification for any such warning, but also, the Constitution, itself, is imposed on people, so even IT is not a voluntary contract. The secondary and tertiary concerns that touch on the drug, on the claims, and on how to respond to them should be left to the free market and to traditional tort law. But the presence of statism, of statism granting corporate status that offers legal immunity for corporate execs, and the presence of the immoral FDA (which forces us to pay for it, thus, making it immoral on its face) all complicate the situation. Here is some of the information about how the FDA action came about. This info focuses on the worries, so please take a look at the Kenvue response, as well… LINK
The Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) submitted the petition to the FDA on Sept. 22 — the same day the White House announced its intention to add warnings to Tylenol and other products containing acetaminophen about their potential link to autism. According to the petition, “there is substantial evidence, developed over a decade, demonstrating that prenatal acetaminophen exposure may pose a risk to fetal neurodevelopment.” The evidence “supports the need for a labeling amendment that warns consumers of the potential neurodevelopmental risks associated with frequent acetaminophen use during pregnancy,” ICAN stated.
However, Kenvue warned the FDA that it would consider any action other than rejecting ICAN’s petition to be an “arbitrary and capricious” violation of the Administrative Procedure Act — a federal law governing how administrative agencies propose, develop and issue regulations and allow for judicial review of agency actions. Elizabeth Brehm, an attorney with Siri & Glimstad, a law firm representing ICAN, told The Defender: “As ICAN’s petition lays out, there is ample science that justifies providing full informed consent to pregnant women concerning their use of acetaminophen. That is what the petitions seeks — nothing more, nothing less. No one is looking to ban Tylenol or any other product. The petition simply seeks a change on the warning label so that pregnant women can be made aware of all of the potential risks.

IMMIGRATION POLICE STATE
US DIST JUDGE FOR CHICAGO REGION RULES ICE CANNOT KIDNAP W/O PROPER WARRANT - He will allow local and state police to arrest any such federal officers who brandish the fake “Administrative Warrant” which is not a warrant at all and merely is paraded around with the title to hide the fact that it is an Executive Branch fraud. LINK and, from Newsweek:
A federal court in Chicago has ordered sweeping new limits on U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations in the Midwest, ruling that agents repeatedly violated federal law and a binding consent decree by arresting people without warrants.
The decision issued October 7 by U.S. District Judge Jeffrey I. Cummings extends court oversight of the agency until February 2, 2026, and warns that officers who disregard the order could face contempt or criminal referral.
Newsweek reached out to ICE, the offices of Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson and Illinois Governor JB Pritzker for comment via email. The ruling marks a rare judicial rebuke of federal immigration enforcement, signaling that ICE agents themselves can be held legally accountable for overstepping constitutional limits. By extending a consent decree and imposing new oversight measures, Cummings effectively transformed what had been an internal policy dispute into a test of whether federal courts can police the enforcers of immigration law. The decision reinforces due process protections for immigrants and citizens alike, curbing warrantless arrests and asserting that even federal agents must answer to the same legal standards they are sworn to uphold.
++A reminder from yesterday, that ICE’s stockpile of military equipment has skyrocketed. LINK
++Again, an ICE narrative conflicts with details garnered upon further investigation, as ICE shot a US Marshall and the civilian they were trying to kidnap. ICE at first claimed that the “suspect” (ie victim) rammed their vehicle, so they “discharged” their guns to stop him from wielding a “deadly weapon” (in the form of the vehicle). But we soon discovered that they used a gun to smash his car door window, and the gunshot appears to have come around that period of the kidnapping attempt. Regardless of those questions, the key factor is that those ICE goons and the Marshall should not have been there, should not have been initiating the aggression against the peaceful man. He had a right to be left alone. LINK More: LINK

++ICE Also is going after marriages. Many Americans think it’s perfectly fine for the feds to deport people for fake marriages, even prosecute them for fraud. But the initial aggression of the state taking tax money to issue marriage “licenses” and the assumptive power-grab of the feds policing “immigration” are the initial problems, not the people who are trying to skirt the aggression and threats. LINK
++ This NY-based Congressman is speaking a good game - but his lack of specificity re what is “lawful” indicates that he either doesn’t know the Bill of Rights and the lack of US jurisdiction over immigration, or he does and is just spouting hot air. LINK
