Greetings, fellow Conspirators!
It was a wild way to open the show, but we did it! A Streamyard update threw a great deal into turmoil, but we dove in and got the information out there! We even read a short story for Fiction Friday, this tale called “Assassin” by GG in the novella “Wall” (it’s tied to the novella, and to all of the other novellas that I’ve had published so far :) )
Here are some of the items we discussed!
TRUMP KILLS AT SEA, A TENTH STRIKE
The death toll is 47. LINK This time, it was in the Caribbean, again. Tonight, on Liberty Conspiracy, we will show vid of Hegseth strutting his cocky stuff.

ECONOMICS
The US “inflation rate” (actually, the price hikes caused by inflation of the money supply) rose AGAIN, in Sept. LINK
Donald Trump did not like the government of Canada posting an ad that included Ronald Reagan providing many of the key reasons why tariffs are disastrous on the economic front (they begin from an immoral premise, so should be a non-starter), so Trump has canceled negotiations with Canada over his already spiked tariff attack on their exports and our ability to buy Canadian products. AND, to follow-up our report on the Stellantis dilemma, whereby the Trump gang will slam the company if they build in Canada and export their products to the US, but the Canadian government said it might sue or take other measures, because the govt subsidized the creation of one of Stellantis’ Alberta plants. Now, Canada is adding a tariff on Stellantis cars made in the US and imported to Canada! It’s an insane juggling act, and the jugglers are tyrants in the US and Canadian govts! LINK

UKRAINE-US-RUSSIA
An aid to Vladimir Putin is still planning on negotiating with Trump officials over the next few days, but not about peace between the US/NATO/EU/Ukraine and Russia but over the Trump-imposed sanctions and economic blocks against Russia. We will discuss it further on Liberty Conspiracy Live tonight at 6 eastern… LINK

INDIA-RUSSIA-EU-US ECONOMICS-TARIFFS-BLOCKS
++The EU is targeting India (similar to Trump doing so) to indirectly target Russia. LINK

Trump abruptly canceled his plan to have ICE and the Nat Guard invade San Francisco, but not after the ICE goons hit protesters with gas and pepper munitions. LINK MORE, w silent vid LINK

NOTE: The most recent Ninth Circuit panel ruling affirmed Trump’s utterly spurious and immoral so-called “authority” to federalize and deploy National Guard troops from California (or other states) came on October 22, 2025, from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In Newsom v. Trump (No. 25-3727), the full court denied CA Governor Gavin Newsom’s request for an en banc rehearing, thereby upholding a three-judge panel’s June 19, 2025, ruling. That panel had stayed a temporary restraining order (TRO) issued by U.S. District Judge Charles R. Breyer, which had initially blocked Trump’s federalization of approximately 4,000 California National Guard troops.
The claim of “authority” is not based on the US Constitution, but on a statute that actually SKIRTS the Constitution’s Article Four, Sec Four, under the pretext of “protecting federal properties” (which, as we often get to discuss on Liberty Conspiracy, only number THREE in the Constitution: a 10-sq-mi area for the national capitol, territories, and military garrisons, and so the injection of federal immigration police is unconstitutional and the use of federal troops in a state would only be constitutional if the feds were trying to protect a federal military garrison — of course, if a state has seceded from the US, the whole she-bang is canceled, but folks like Abe Lincoln won’t acknowledge that fact.)…
+This report on how locals in Chicago are helping each other steer clear of the ICE goons, is valuable. It takes a while to get to the meat of the story. LINK
+AND… a reminder about the US government (ICE, in particular, and DHS, as well) getting license plate/traffic cam data from FLOCK LINK - this, even as ICE in Chicago has been switching license plates each day, and has been warned to stop. LINK

+And… have you ever heard of the federal government’s typically authoritarian and “special-interest” crony “EB5 Visa Fee” program? It’s in the news, so here’s some background:
Claiming the magical “authority” to limit the number of people with whom business owners, consumers, and everyday people can voluntarily associate, the US allows 10,000 people per year (and their families) to enter for certain companies. Administered by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the program allows “qualifying foreign investors,” along with their spouses and unmarried children under 21, to obtain lawful permanent residency (a green card) in exchange for investing in a U.S. commercial enterprise that creates or preserves jobs for American workers. It is the fifth preference category in the employment-based (EB) visa system, hence the “EB-5” name.
