EPSTEIN FILE BILL PASSES SENATE ON VOICE VOTE
As the embarrassingly pro-Trump Gateway Pundit reports, the Senate passed by unanimous voice vote the House version of a bill to release all available documents concerning Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal sex trafficking and likely blackmail operations. LINK As we noted yesterday in the Notes and on Liberty Conspiracy Live, the Trump Administration a few days ago suddenly announced the intent to start an “investigation” into Epstein’s crimes, which could preclude release of mounds of information — whatever Trump and Bondi don’t want people to see. This may or may not transpire, but as the names of criminal clients and other information sees the light of day, we likely will be well served to suspect that much of the info has been destroyed. We also can recall that many of those who voted for these releases did so not for moral reasons, but for political expediency. We also can recall that most of these “moralists” repeatedly have voted for weapons-funneling to regimes such as Israel and Ukraine, taking your money and the lives of your progeny to become slaves to genocide and prolonged war.
- Annnnnd, already, AG Bondi is signaling that the Trumpers might not release all the information. Her responses (the same reply, to virtually every question) at a presser today tell us that either the AG is unwilling to SAY she will release everything (perhaps due to uncertainty about some issue they are considering) or the Trumpers are totally unwilling to release everything LINK

They even try to use the term “market failure” to frame the supposed need for fascism, yet they operate from fascist premises, presupposing state involvement in “national security/defense” and then attaching all the various needs they see need to be attached to it. IMMIGRATION POLICE STATE
-As we noted here and on LCL, the unconstitutional Transportation Department, the Dept of Labor, and ICE all have focused on foreigners working as truckers in the US, seeing California pull the professional truck-driving licenses (why do people need permission from a mafia to drive? The statist argument is that the state/polis runs the roads and must keep others safe, but that is an immoral predicate and inspires limitless problems of operation by the state, even to the point of the state being unable to define what is “safe” for each of us and our varying ideas of safety/utility tradeoffs). NOW, a few days after California relented and pulled the pro-licenses of 17,000 truckers (doing so under pressure from Duffy and the threat of the feds withholding highway funds) whose “US temporary work visas” had expired, the Transportation Terrorist Sean Duffy is upset because a court has ruled that the feds cannot command that California or other states not issue the pro-trucking licenses to foreigners at all. The logical point, that one could get a “permission slip” from the government that gives him the statutory okay to drive, without engaging in the work, seems to have gone unnoticed by Duffy. Likewise, the fact that the feds have no “power” over immigration or “drivers’ licenses” also is missed. Here is the story on the ruling and Duffy’s response. LINK
By the way, thus far in 2025, non-domiciled CDL holders comprised <.2% of all CDL holders involved with (not even causing) fatal crashes in the US.
So far, domiciled CDL holders have been involved in 2,505 fatal crashes, of the total 2,510 for the year. According to the federal NHTSB, only 5 crashes are cited as involving non-domiciled CDL holders. To measure that with more precision, as percentages of the domiciled and non who are on the roads, non-domiciled who have been involved in fatal crashes this year represent 5 of the 200,000 recorded w/ CDLs. That is 0.0025%. Domiciled who have been involved in fatal crashes comes to the 2,505 of 3 million license holders, or ~0.0759%. SO, when you hear the canard that “foreigners” on trucking routes are causing a spike in fatal crashes, please consider this. Also, please consider that the normative/aggregate CDL-related crashes leading to death has been decreasing, going down 8.3% from 2023 to 2024, and the numbers indicate that 2025 will see even fewer CDL-related road deaths.
- A judge just ruled that the state of NY CAN block federal agents from entering state courts and kidnapping people LINK
