*A Zelinsky advisor has dais that the 28-point framework for peace presented by the US and given mild preliminary support by Russia is off the table. This, after the Europeans stuck their bloody feet into the strange dance to offer an “alternative” that would have pushed for a temporary “ceasefire” and other provisions that the Russians repeatedly (and logically) have said are unacceptable. Here are two choice points in the frustrating back and forth, as the EU keeps meddling and as the Russians continue to do what they need to do militarily to achieve eventual victory. LINK

-JD VANCE is claiming that the six Congress-folk and Senators committed crimes when they merely said that soldiers are not supposed to comply with illegal orders (they did not point out that it’s CONSTITUTIONAL orders, not just “legal.”) Here is what I offered, back to him. -This is an excellent piece by Sheldon Richman on the moral imperative of voluntary association and the practical superiority of free exchange over statism/collectivism. Sheldon points out that people are free to enter into consensually-created groups without the aggressive force of the state, and Sheldon also points out the tautological nature of statists claiming that individuals are too weak/unreliable/ill-informed to handle their own lives and voluntary associations, yet, somehow, such fallible people can voluntarily join to create a state, a machine of force that will make everyone not in the power-block comply. Seriously.
