THE TRUMP WAR CRIMES IN CARIBBEAN

-The Trump Admin has hit a 23rd boat. LINK Meanwhile, CNN adds to the information we can see re the most focused-on hit, from Sept 2, that has brought attention to the so-called “double-tap” — something that was much more than a “double-tap” and which was a crime with the first hit, itself.

-The Number Two in VZ, Interior Minister Diosdado Cabello, is as defiant as Maduro, and he notes that the “opposition” choice of the US, that being Muchado, is widely seen as a criminal attempting to usurp the govt on behalf of American and UK political and corporate interests. LINK
-Max Blumenthal has key thoughts about the mass murder, the double-taps, and the towering hypocrisy of the Trumpers (esp Marco Rubio) who claim they are attacking drug traffickers, while they work closely with the Miami-born President of Ecuador, Daniel Noboa, who is VERY friendly with Rubio and the US, and who appears to be shuttling massive amounts of cocaine in banana shipments ( via Noboa Family Shipping/Trading and their subsidiary, Bonita Bananas). HERE ARE DEEPER DETAILS ON THE ECUADOR-US CORRUPTION TIES:
In 2009, Ecuadoran Then-President Rafael Correa expelled U.S. forces from the Manta airbase and amended the constitution to prohibit foreign military bases, citing sovereignty concerns. This ban remained in place until President Daniel Noboa’s administration (2023–present) began pushing for closer U.S. military cooperation. Noboa ratified two U.S.-Ecuador military agreements in February 2024, enabling joint operations against “illicit activities” like “drug trafficking” (but Noboa’s family appears to be involved with drug trafficking, and the US facilitates it by working with Noboa to eliminate competition) and illegal fishing. These pacts allow U.S. personnel to operate in Ecuador for anti-narcotics efforts but do not explicitly authorize combat or exercises targeting third countries like Venezuela.
Noboa’s government has framed U.S. cooperation primarily as domestic security enhancement, though it aligns with broader U.S. regional fascist strategies that increasingly push on Venezuela’s government.
In early 2025, amid escalating U.S. pressure on Venezuela—including Trump’s designation of Venezuelan-linked groups as “narco-terrorists” and a major U.S. naval deployment to the Caribbean—Noboa publicly sought deeper U.S. involvement. In March 2025, he met with Trump in Florida, expressing interest in hosting U.S. bases. By August–September 2025, during U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s visit to Quito, Noboa endorsed a potential U.S. military base, pending a referendum, while agreeing to designate Ecuadorian gangs (Los Lobos (not the band!) and Los Choneros) as terrorists. Rubio emphasized U.S. intent to “wage war” on such groups, claiming they were linked to Venezuelan networks, but providing utterly zero evidence. This stance appeared to evolve further in the context of U.S. operations against Venezuela:

  • Ecuador provided political support for the U.S. Caribbean deployment (launched October 2025), described by CNN as hardening regional opposition to Maduro’s regime and the “Cartel of the Suns” (which is a made-up, fake threat that the US weaved out of an old CIA operation).

  • On September 4, 2025, following a U.S. strike on a vessel in the southern Caribbean (framed as anti-narcotics), Noboa thanked the U.S. for “eliminating terrorist threats,” signaling alignment with U.S. actions indirectly tied to Venezuela.

  • U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem toured Ecuadoran facilities in late 2025, reinforcing joint US-Ecuadoran plans.

These moves suggested a pro-U.S. shift, potentially opening Ecuadoran land or airspace for staging anti-Venezuela operations, though no explicit permissions for “combat or combat exercises against Venezuela” were publicly confirmed. Noboa described his domestic crackdown as a “war” and invited U.S., European, and Brazilian forces to join, but emphasized so-called “narco-trafficking” over direct Venezuelan targeting – which fits with just the fake narrative the US is pushing.

BUT… On November 16, 2025, Ecuador held a referendum on constitutional changes, including lifting the ban on foreign military bases (e.g., in the Galápagos for joint anti-narcotics ops). The proposal failed decisively, with ~65% voting “no” (based on 90% of ballots counted). A related measure for a constitutional assembly to enable broader reforms also failed (61% rejection). This outcome:

  • Reaffirmed the 2009 ban, blocking permanent U.S. bases.

  • Dealt a political blow to Noboa, who had campaigned heavily for the changes as essential for international security aid.

Ecuadorian officials, including Interior Minister John Reimberg, stated post-referendum that a “no” vote would not derail existing security plans, including the 2024 agreements for joint U.S. operations. However, the result explicitly curtailed ambitions for expanded U.S. access, raising sovereignty alarms amid U.S.-Venezuela escalations (e.g., Trump’s November 29, 2025, airspace closure declaration and threats of land strikes).Post-Referendum Stance (November–December 2025) As of today:

  • No public statements from Noboa indicate further softening or reversal on U.S. military access for anti-Venezuela actions. The referendum’s rejection has tempered the government’s proactive stance, reverting to the constitutional prohibition on bases while maintaining limited joint patrols under prior pacts.

  • Ecuador continues “political support” for U.S. regional efforts (e.g., against Maduro-linked trafficking), but this does not extend to authorizing Ecuadorian territory for direct combat launches or exercises against Venezuela.

Thus, we can see that, due to the public pushback, the Ecuadorian government has changed its stance—from actively pursuing expanded U.S. military access (including bases that could facilitate anti-Venezuela operations) earlier in 2025, to a more restrained position post-referendum. The November 2025 vote rejected Noboa’s push, upholding sovereignty limits and blocking the infrastructure for such uses, though cooperative anti-drug pacts persist. This shift reflects domestic pushback rather than a full pivot against U.S. partnership, amid ongoing U.S. escalations toward Venezuela. No evidence suggests Ecuador has granted or plans to grant explicit permissions for U.S. combat launches from its soil or airspace against Venezuela as of now

THE US ECONOMY

According to a Bloomberg report citing the latest ADP National Employment Report released on December 3, 2025, U.S. private-sector employers unexpectedly cut 32,000 jobs in November 2025—the largest monthly decline since early 2023. This slowdown was broad-based across industries but disproportionately driven by small businesses, which shed 120,000 positions (the steepest one-month drop for firms with fewer than 50 employees since May 2020). In contrast, medium-sized firms (50–499 employees) added 51,000 jobs, while large firms (500+ employees) added 39,000, partially offsetting the small-business losses. ADP Chief Economist Nela Richardson attributed the pullback to “choppy hiring” amid cautious consumer spending and macroeconomic uncertainty, with small businesses particularly vulnerable due to thin margins and sensitivity to policy shifts like tariffs. Economists had anticipated a modest gain of around 10,000–40,000 private payrolls for the month, making the results a notable surprise. Complementing this, outplacement firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas reported on December 4, 2025, that U.S. employers announced 71,321 planned job cuts in November—a 53% drop from October’s 153,074 but still 24% higher than November 2024’s 57,727. While Challenger’s data isn’t segmented by business size, it notes small firms have been hit hardest by rising costs and trade policy risks throughout 2025, pushing year-to-date announced layoffs to over 1.1 million—the most since 2020’s pandemic peak. Official Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) data for November (including nonfarm payrolls) is delayed until December 16, 2025, due to a recent government funding lapse, so the ADP figures represent the most current private-sector snapshot available as of December 5. Initial unemployment claims also fell to a three-year low of 191,000 for the week ending November 29, suggesting actual separations haven’t yet spiked despite the announcements. It looks like they have a strong suspect. More details to come, and we will see what seems strong or weak in the accusations/narratives. LINK
