ISRAEL:
-The Israeli intelligence gang has spread malware around the world. - From ANTIWAR: “Highly invasive spyware from a consortium led by a former senior Israeli intelligence official and sanctioned by the US government is still being used to target people in multiple countries, a joint investigation published Thursday revealed.”
-The IDF Chief in Gaza claims that the “Yellow Line” is the new “border” for Gaza, meaning that Israel is claiming the rest. LINK
-Hamas leaders say they are willing to put aside their weapons in a “storage” situation, if they can get a long-term peace LINK
-Sheldon Richman has written an excellent piece on the genocide and the mindset of many who try to cover it up or excuse it. LINK
-Israeli fascists wore noose-shaped lapel pins to a legislative debate to push for the power to kill Palestinian prisoners. LINK
-Marjorie Taylor Greene notes that this week, the House will vote on the yearly boondoggle and war-state bankroll of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), and that it, as usual, contains lots of money and arms for Israel… LINK
-And while the US govt attacks innocent people near Venezuela, the Israelis continue to break the Gaza “ceasefire.” LINK

VENEZUELA:
-The US hit another boat on the 4th, making that 22 strikes since the end of August…
-Hegseth Saturday doubled-down on his belief that killing innocent people and breaking his oath to protect and defend the US Constitution are perfectly fine. LINK From the Common Dreams article: “According to the Guardian, Hegseth told a gathering at the Ronald Reagan presidential library that the boat bombings, which so far have killed at least 87 people, are necessary to protect Americans from illegal drugs being shipped to the US.”
-The Catholic Archbishop to the US military has spoken out against the US mass murder in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific. It took him a long time. LINK
-The Venezuelan military is showing up to offer visible evidence of what the US will encounter should Trump expand his aggression. LINK
-This, from Danny Haiphong’s channel, is key analysis of what appears to be the long-term US strategy in South and Central America - a plan to block Chinese manufacturing, sales, and other industry from operating in those regions. LINK

UKRAINE:
-Zelinsky is in England to beg for more, off the backs of taxpayers in the UK and EU. LINK (England still is tied to the EU for “defense”.)
-Denmark is pulling back funds to Ukraine, because of the corruption that finally is coming to light for more people LINK
- JP Morgan Prez Jamie Dimon says the EU is driving out investment with its threats to seize Russian assets and its continued warmongering and trade blocks. Chris Rossini notes that the US is not far behind. LINK
-Germany is restarting registration for conscription, pitting young Germans against Russia in a possible war, and while Germany also directly and indirectly buys Russian energy (still), thus funding the opponents whom the young Germans might be forced to fight. LINK

MUSK v EU:
-The EU is imposing $150 million in fines on Musk’s X for not conforming to its draconian and invasive demands for backdoor information access and censorship. Musk is calling for the end of the EU. Not just the end, but the ABOLITION of the EU. LINK JD Vance is speaking in favor of Musk, but his support is weak and doesn’t really show consistency, since, though he claims that “antisemitism” is not on the rise, he supports censorship in the US in the form of attacks on immigrants who speak for Palestinian peace on college campuses. He completely supports the US selectively withholding the already unconstitutional funds for colleges that allow protests in favor of Palestine. LINK. In fact, in May 2024, he introduced the “Encampments or Endowments Act,” a bill aimed at blocking federal financial assistance (such as Pell Grants) to colleges unless they shut down such encampments, framing them as disruptive and sometimes supportive of anti-Israel or pro-Hamas sentiment.
-Chay Bowes has key info on the fact that the EU attack on X has been bubbling for a long time. LINK
Michael Shellenberger reports on how Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, and others have been involved in calling for EU attacks on X LINK
-This EU attack has contributed to X becoming even more popular, making it the top news platform in Europe. LINK
-In NH, a libertarian-minded state Senator, Keith Ammon (a friend, here in NH), has responded to the EU-X attack with a bill LINK The GRANITE Act (Guaranteeing Rights Against Novel International Tyranny & Extortion) is a proposed state-level bill aimed at protecting New Hampshire residents and businesses from foreign censorship by allowing them to sue governments like those in the EU or UK in U.S. courts. It strips sovereign immunity for such actions, enabling claims for at least $10 million in damages per violation (or triple the foreign fine), plus injunctions and potential asset seizures. The bill responds to cases like this one, the EU’s €120 million “fine” on X (formerly Twitter) under the Digital Services Act and UK Ofcom’s threats against U.S. platforms. Now, numerous other states are picking up Keith’s legislation and proposing it in their legislatures.
BTW, this EU attack on X is an example of precisely what I try to warn those who embrace the thinking behind the unconstitutional “Marsh v Alabama” SCOTUS decision, from 1946. By allowing government to define what “types” of private property are okay to keep under the control of the owner, and what “types” are going to be defined by government as “the public square” even though they are private, the statists on the bench destroyed the principle of private property, opening it to the argumentation of the Tragedy of the Commons.

-SCOTUS HEARD ORAL ARGUMENTS ON TRUMP’S UNILATERAL TARIFF TERRORISM on November 5, lasting nearly three hours. Justices across the spectrum (e.g., Sotomayor, Roberts, and conservatives) expressed skepticism, questioning if tariffs equate to “taxes” reserved for Congress and invoking the major questions doctrine (requiring an explicit congressional bill for a tariff to be imposed).

-ENGLAND v JURY TRIALS (ESP FOR PROTESTERS) - Let’s recall that Lammy (not LEMMY!) is pushing to “make things better” for people by ending centuries of Common Law. LINK The history of jury trials, habeas, and jury nullification is key in western civ. William Penn (1644–1718), an English Quaker and founder of Pennsylvania, was a fervent advocate for religious freedom. In 1670, amid England’s post-Restoration crackdown on nonconformists, Penn and fellow Quaker William Mead faced a “legal attack” when arrested for preaching to an unlawful assembly under the Conventicle Act. Their trial at London’s Old Bailey became a landmark battle against judicial overreach. The judge, seeking conviction, coerced the jury, but the 12 jurors, led by Edward Bushel, acquitted Penn and Mead despite evidence, asserting their right to judge both fact and law. Infuriated, the court fined and imprisoned the jurors without food or water. Bushel petitioned for a writ of habeas corpus, challenging their detention. The Court of Common Pleas granted it, ruling juries could not be punished for verdicts, thus reinforcing habeas corpus in British common law as a safeguard against arbitrary imprisonment. This “Bushel’s Case” established jury nullification—the power to acquit contrary to law or evidence—as a enduring principle in British courts, influencing common law for centuries by affirming jury independence. — Here is some interesting work on the topic, stemming from the OJ Simpson criminal trial.
