RUSSIA-UKRAINE
Rick Sanchez offers a segment that helps viewers see the ways Indian resellers will work to continue supplying Russian fuel to European consumers, despite the EU thugs who want to stop the trade. LINK
And Rick spoke to Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto, who, in this clip, reveals, “Hungary stands out as one of the rare EU nations genuinely championing peace in Ukraine. Meanwhile, the Brussels ruling elite are determined to drag out the conflict, no matter the cost to their own people.” LINK
-Trump is calling for new elections in Ukraine LINK and Zelensky now seems to be okay with that idea. He has agreed to the idea of holding new elections, but with key caveats tied to “security and legal changes.” On December 9, 2025, during a visit to Italy (en route to meetings with Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni), he told reporters from La Repubblica and Il Messaggero: “I am always ready [for elections].” He elaborated that he would ask Ukrainian lawmakers to prepare “proposals regarding the possibility of amending the legislative foundations and the law on elections during martial law.” Zelensky specified a timeline: Ukraine could hold elections “within 60-90 days” if external support is provided. He explicitly called on the US (and Europe) to “ensure security for the vote,” stating: “I ask the U.S., together with Europe, to ensure the security of the elections. Then, within the next 60-90 days, Ukraine will be ready for elections.” This response came hours after Trump’s comments and aligns with Zelensky’s recent European tour (including stops in Paris and London) to coordinate a counter-proposal to the US peace plan, which he plans to send to Washington on December 10.
-AND Zelensky says that Ukraine will not give up any land in a peace deal. That means there will be no peace deal and Ukraine will lose more and more land. Trump has specified that the Donbass will have to go to Russia. Zelensky wants Europe to help him prolong a fight. It’s insane. LINK
-YET, as TRUMP PORTRAYS HIMSELF AS WANTING AN END IN UKRAINE, HIS GOP and MANY DEMS PUSH MORE MONEY TO UKRAINE IN THE “NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT”. How is that US “defense”? How come Trump doesn’t speak up about this? Curious. This is particularly notable when one thinks about the tricky way that Trump pretends that NATO weapons to Ukraine will be paid by European nations, when, in fact, nearly 70% of NATO’s military budget is funded by the US. -Despite there being no constitutional “power” or ethical justification for political agents to claim a power to demand “visas” to travel, the US has “revoked” 85,000 of them from foreigners since January. LINK
-And Trump plans to ban incoming travel from 30 more nations, after banning it from 19 last week. LINK Are you hearing much about this in the pop media? Essentially, this is Trump duplicating his travel bans from the so-called “pandemic” of 2020.
-”Department of Justice officials, citing privilege, did not disclose details on the legal advice given to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem about the decision to continue the deportation of more than 100 Venezuelans to El Salvador in March.” LINK The declarations filed in court Friday are a response to a contempt inquiry initiated by U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg, who is determining whether Noem or anyone else should be referred for potential contempt prosecution.

-Ken Klippenstein got out the info over the weekend. The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), under Attorney General Pam Bondi, issued a leaked internal memo on December 4, 2025, outlining a new directive to identify and target groups or entities potentially involved in “domestic terrorism.” This represents a significant escalation in the federal government’s approach to what it deems supportive of or constitutive of terrorism, particularly in the context of political activism and speech opposing President Trump’s policies. The memo instructs all U.S. law enforcement agencies to compile a national list of such groups, emphasizing acts driven by “extreme viewpoints, anti-American sentiments and a willingness to use violence to serve those beliefs.” Key Elements of the New Position

• Broad Definition of Domestic Terrorism Acts: The memo categorizes activities like “organized doxing of law enforcement, mass rioting and destruction in our cities, violent efforts to shut down immigration enforcement, [and] targeting of public officials or other political actors” as potential domestic terrorism. These could encompass protest-related actions against Trump’s immigration crackdown or other initiatives.

• Link to Speech and Ideological “Sentiments”: It explicitly ties terrorism to ideological speech or views labeled as “anti-American,” including “anti-Christianity, anti-capitalism, adherence to radical gender ideology, hostility towards traditional views on family, religion, and morality, and views in favor of mass migration and open borders.” This framing suggests that certain forms of public discourse or advocacy—such as criticism of U.S. policies on borders, religion, or capitalism—could be flagged if perceived as fueling the listed acts, potentially chilling protected speech.

• First Amendment Caveat: The memo includes a disclaimer in a footnote: “The United States Government does not investigate, collect, or maintain information on U.S. persons solely for the purpose of monitoring activities protected by the First Amendment. No investigation may be opened based solely on activities protected by the First Amendment or the lawful exercise of rights secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States.” Critics argue this is insufficient to prevent abuse, given the vague criteria.

This appears to be the first formal implementation of Trump’s repeated calls to classify left-wing activists, including those affiliated with antifa, and including people who speak out against Christian Zionism, as “terrorists”. The memo was leaked over the December 7-8 weekend and first reported in detail by investigative journalist Ken Klippenstein.
