After leaving the FLA AG role in January 2019, Bondi joined the lobbying firm Ballard Partners as a partner from approximately February 2019 until her departure for the White House in November 2019. This period qualifies as prior to her Trump Administration role. At Ballard, she lobbied for over 30 clients, including Amazon, Uber, General Motors, the GEO Group (a private prison operator), the Florida Sheriffs Association, and as a registered foreign agent for the government of Qatar. Ballard has connections to Israel: It opened a Tel Aviv office in April 2020 (shortly after Bondi’s departure and after Bondi visited Isreal numerous times - including a visit to the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights in 2018) co-managed by former U.S. Congressman Robert Wexler, a prominent pro-Israel advocate who has long championed U.S.-Israel relations and led congressional delegations to the region. The firm later (in 2025) lobbied for the Anti-Defamation League on anti-antisemitism issues and has been involved in efforts related to U.S.-Israel policy.

Last year, in conversation with Shaun Atwood, Epstein’s niece noted that members of the family were in the cult of Baal. She also claimed to be the twin sister of Shia LeBuff - something that seems to be untrue according to research on his birth records. LINK
-PLZ NOTE: In 2019, when Trump was Prez, a FLA cop claimed to the FBI (or so the FBI said), without providing any documentation, that Trump in 2006 had wanted local police in FLA to keep Epstein away from Mar-a-Lago. Some conservative radio hosts claim that this is “proof” that Trump disconnected from Epstein and was disgusted by the man’s behavior (yet said nothing publicly, and Trump HIRED numerous people close to Epstein, such as Lutnick). The 2019 FBI “interview summary” with Michael Reiter, the former Palm Beach police chief (who led the department during the initial Epstein investigation) —released publicly as part of recent tranches of Jeffrey Epstein-related files by the Justice Department—Reiter stated that Donald Trump called him in July 2006, shortly after Epstein’s criminal sex charges became public. According to the FBI summary of Reiter’s account, Trump said something along the lines of: “Thank goodness you’re stopping him, everyone has known he’s been doing this.” Trump also reportedly told Reiter that he had thrown Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago, that people in New York knew Epstein was “disgusting,” and described Ghislaine Maxwell as “evil” and advised focusing on her. This account surfaced prominently last week, from newly released Epstein files, and multiple major outlets reported on it, including direct references to the FBI claim.
The White House (via Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt) has not confirmed the call happened but has said it “may or may not have” occurred in 2006, and if it did, it aligns with Trump’s long-standing claims of cutting ties with Epstein early because he was a “creep” BUT it does not jibe with him hiring numerous people tied to Epstein. The Justice Department has noted it is not aware of corroborating evidence for the call beyond Reiter’s statement. In fact, it’s so bad, that, as Thomas Massie noted, even on the 1960s statute (revised in the 1970s and focusing on Section 232 of the “Trade Expansion Act” - which is an Orwellian title if there ever was one) of the Trump is trying to use to impose the tariff taxes, Johnson is manipulating definitions of things like the meaning of “a day” to allow Trump to extend his claims of power.
Johnson has adopted a controversial stance redefining “day” in tariff laws as a legislative day rather than calendar day, allowing procedural delays in voting on resolutions to block Trump’s executive tariff impositions under authorities like Section 232. Johnson further exploits House rules by attempting to insert provisions blocking such resolutions from floor votes, prioritizing loyalty to Trump’s agenda over the US Const.

-As a method to gain a better understanding of the way the unconstitutional assumption of immigration power and breach of Article 4 Section 4 have imposed certain interactive relationships between the feds and states/localities, let’s look at Virginia and one of the key elements in this state-fed interaction, the “287G Agreements”. LINK. Section 287(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act authorizes the Department of Homeland Security to enter into agreements with state and local law enforcement agencies, delegating them limited authority to perform certain immigration enforcement functions under federal supervision.
This program, managed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), typically involves models like jail enforcement (where officers screen inmates for immigration status), warrant service (issuing administrative warrants), or task forces (joint operations targeting criminal noncitizens). Proponents argue it enhances community safety by facilitating the identification and removal of criminal noncitizens, often with federal reimbursement and training provided to participating agencies.
Of course, this not only is toweringly unconstitutional and immoral, it erodes trust between law enforcement and immigrant communities, diverts local resources to federal civil immigration matters, and can lead to racial profiling (openly admitted in court by the Trump Admin) or family separations. Regarding developments in Virginia, the state has seen significant shifts in its 287(g) involvement over the past year. In February 2025, former Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin issued Executive Order 47, mandating state agencies like the Virginia State Police (VSP) and Department of Corrections (VADOC) to enter into 287(g) agreements with ICE, and encouraging local law enforcement to do the same. This led to a rapid expansion: by early 2026, Virginia had multiple state and local agreements, contributing to the national total of over 1,300 active 287(g) partnerships across 40 states under the Trump administration’s push via Executive Order 14159.
However, after Abigail Spanberger’s inauguration on January 17, 2026, she quickly rescinded Youngkin’s EO 47 via her own Executive Order 10, eliminating the mandate for state agencies to participate but leaving existing agreements intact. On February 4, 2026, Spanberger escalated this by issuing Executive Directive 1, ordering all state-level law enforcement entities—including VSP, VADOC, Virginia Conservation Police, and Virginia Marine Police—to terminate their 287(g) agreements with ICE. She stated that these pacts improperly ceded control of Virginia officers to federal supervision and undermined community trust, emphasizing that state law enforcement should focus on local safety rather than civil immigration enforcement. The directive does not affect joint task forces involving judicial warrants or other federal collaborations outside 287(g). Local 287(g) contracts with sheriffs, police departments, and regional jails remain in place for now, as the governor’s authority does not extend to them. However, the Virginia legislature is actively considering bills like SB 783 and HB 1438 to restrict or ban local participation in 287(g), with some advancing through committees as of late January 2026. Advocacy groups like the ACLU of Virginia and Legal Aid Justice Center have praised Spanberger’s actions as steps toward protecting immigrant communities and refocusing resources on public safety.

-As a method to gain a better understanding of the way the unconstitutional assumption of immigration power and breach of Article 4 Section 4 have imposed certain interactive relationships between the feds and states/localities, let’s look at Virginia and one of the key elements in this state-fed interaction, the “287G Agreements”. LINK. Section 287(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act authorizes the Department of Homeland Security to enter into agreements with state and local law enforcement agencies, delegating them limited authority to perform certain immigration enforcement functions under federal supervision.
This program, managed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), typically involves models like jail enforcement (where officers screen inmates for immigration status), warrant service (issuing administrative warrants), or task forces (joint operations targeting criminal noncitizens). Proponents argue it enhances community safety by facilitating the identification and removal of criminal noncitizens, often with federal reimbursement and training provided to participating agencies.
Of course, this not only is toweringly unconstitutional and immoral, it erodes trust between law enforcement and immigrant communities, diverts local resources to federal civil immigration matters, and can lead to racial profiling (openly admitted in court by the Trump Admin) or family separations. Regarding developments in Virginia, the state has seen significant shifts in its 287(g) involvement over the past year. In February 2025, former Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin issued Executive Order 47, mandating state agencies like the Virginia State Police (VSP) and Department of Corrections (VADOC) to enter into 287(g) agreements with ICE, and encouraging local law enforcement to do the same. This led to a rapid expansion: by early 2026, Virginia had multiple state and local agreements, contributing to the national total of over 1,300 active 287(g) partnerships across 40 states under the Trump administration’s push via Executive Order 14159.
However, after Abigail Spanberger’s inauguration on January 17, 2026, she quickly rescinded Youngkin’s EO 47 via her own Executive Order 10, eliminating the mandate for state agencies to participate but leaving existing agreements intact. On February 4, 2026, Spanberger escalated this by issuing Executive Directive 1, ordering all state-level law enforcement entities—including VSP, VADOC, Virginia Conservation Police, and Virginia Marine Police—to terminate their 287(g) agreements with ICE. She stated that these pacts improperly ceded control of Virginia officers to federal supervision and undermined community trust, emphasizing that state law enforcement should focus on local safety rather than civil immigration enforcement. The directive does not affect joint task forces involving judicial warrants or other federal collaborations outside 287(g). Local 287(g) contracts with sheriffs, police departments, and regional jails remain in place for now, as the governor’s authority does not extend to them. However, the Virginia legislature is actively considering bills like SB 783 and HB 1438 to restrict or ban local participation in 287(g), with some advancing through committees as of late January 2026. Advocacy groups like the ACLU of Virginia and Legal Aid Justice Center have praised Spanberger’s actions as steps toward protecting immigrant communities and refocusing resources on public safety.
