TRUMP RESCINDS NUMEROUS BIDEN-OBAMA EOs + “Regulations” RE ENERGY (MORE ECONOMIC NEWS CLOSES OFF THE NEWS NOTES, AS WELL!)-Trump discusses the moves, w Lee Zeldin by his side. LINK
-Trump’s EPA through “regulatory revisions” yesterday pulled back numerous approaching Bidenista mandates on car “emission levels” and he opened land and market avenues for coal and oil exploration and energy-creation. Here is the way NBC framed it, taking the Climate Change hysteria line and calling government threats “regulations”: “EPA reverses long-standing climate change finding, stripping its own ability to regulate emissions’ LINK The latest official report on Trump’s EPA changes is the EPA’s own press release announcing the repeal of the 2009 Greenhouse Gas Endangerment Finding and related vehicle emission standards. This was finalized and announced on February 12, 2026 (with the page last updated February 13, 2026), making it the most recent primary source within the past 24 hours. Additionally, he talks about new construction - that is one of the things Trump artificially is trying to pump via his infusion of cash into Fannie and Freddie. Giving them $200 Billion each facilitates them to offer more to buy bundled bank-offered mortgages, which, in turn, incentivizes the banks to hand out more construction loans.
