SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT(As John Cleese oft said on Monty Python’s Flying Circus)…
Here is where the pro-free-speech writer, actor, comedian stands when it comes to the warmongering technocratic, censorious, menacing, VD Vance, and Thomas Massie. As Liberty Conspiracy viewers know, the state, itself, is an immoral construct filled with goon squads that do the bidding of numerous groups of goons (from local to international), but Massie is much closer to a pro-liberty man and actually displays a belief in truth. And referring to media figures typically distracts from core learning and lends to the “centralizing fixation” of idolatry, but once the stardom is stripped away — something Mr. Cleese goes to great lengths to do, opening conversations and forums on religious discussions, doing interviews, and behaving with comity and neighborliness towards others, this blip of info lets us know how one person who has shown a strong anti-authoritarian spirit looks at the difference btwn the two politicians.
The Munich Security Conference: As we wrote in the Sunday News Assembly, Marco Rubio this past weekend spewed a noxious speech lamenting the demise of colonialism and calling for more (the key being the fact that colonialism never ended, it just took on a new form, utilizing local warlords and paid proxies, corporate feedback loops going back to politicians from mining, oil, agriculture, drugs, and arms). Rubio appeared to push even more, calling for renewal of western empires (again, pretending that the US is not one right now and that the EU is not, in essence, an empire over its subject citizens in each nation). His Valentine’s Day speech championed a “new Western century,” invoking “shared history, Christian faith, culture, heritage” to rally the U.S. and Europe against his bogeyman-list of threats. He decried post-Cold War “delusions” like borderless trade and mass migration, claiming they erode sovereignty (in other words, he praised tariff taxes, trade blockages, and all those trade wars that lead to kinetic warfare, and he decried freedom of movement and free association), while lauding U.S. militarism in attacking Iran “…to constrain the nuclear program of radical Shia clerics in Tehran. That required 14 bombs dropped with precision from American B-2 bombers.”
In other words, he continued to portray the victim, IRAN, as the aggressor, and to pretend that Iran was making nuclear weapons, which it was not.
Rubio evoked colonial glory, noting how Western “empires had entered into terminal decline” post-1945, but urged revival, framing global events as a clash between the “greatest civilization in human history” and barbaric foes like Iran’s “radical Shia clerics” or Venezuelan “narcoterrorists.”
From a pro-peace, anti-imperialist standpoint, Rubio’s rhetoric is a brazen endorsement of neo-colonialism, weaponizing Christian supremacism and Islamophobic tropes to justify endless wars and exploitation. By portraying Islamic nations as existential threats to be bombed, he perpetuates imperial dominance, even as he pushes the idea of further subjugating the Global South under Western hegemony. This revanchist vision ignores colonialism’s atrocities, fueling xenophobia and resource grabs rather than mutual respect, trade, and prosperity. Peace requires dismantling such empires, not resurrecting them through militarized “renewal.” Equitable, decolonized cooperation must replace this civilized-versus-savage dichotomy.

Also at the Munich Security Conference, Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) (a man whose own background deserves attention, since he hung out with Oleh Tyahnybok, of the Ukrainian Nazi Svodoba Party, in 2013-14, and since he was the co-sponsor of the Portman-Murphy Countering Foreign Propaganda Act of 2016 - an act that let the federal government fund any preferred US media outlets that pushed the preferred DC rhetoric, especially the false notion that Russia had hacked the DNC and the wider “Russian collusion” canard)… BUT, he makes a few close-to strong points here. He could be more explicit about the illegitimacy of Israel (and all political institutions, actually) and the fact that a two-state solution is, itself, a capitulation to Israel, the original thief of the land. Still, this is worth noting, not worth nothing…

‘Israel was named to the Board of Peace, the body tasked with rebuilding Gaza. So...the country that systematically destroyed Gaza will help oversee the rebuilding of it. They were reportedly in a civilian tent for displaced people. Israel says that they were Hamas.
Israel also approved a proposal to register large areas of the West Bank as “state property.” This means that Israel is moving forward with its plan to annex the West Bank, despite the Trump administration’s strong warnings that they had better not.
Taking bets on what the Trump administration will do about this? My money is on “nothing.” So...this is the government that was named to the Board of Peace. What does that say about the Board of Peace?’

IMMIGRATION POLICE STATEThis is getting more attention, a month after ICE did it, in mid-Jan.
-Tom Homan tries to dance around this question. He mentions “internal affairs” investigations. Regardless of his attempt to block the line of inquiry, his involvement in this immoral predation is clear, and, even IF the ICE agents in question had behaved according to some promoted “operational norm” that people such as Homan or Noem or others promote as part of their never-ending spin, the very existence of ICE and the DHS are insults to the principle of Natural Rights, and they are utterly dismissive of their US Constitution. Tis an ongoing problem of life-or-death proportion. This particular report stems from a January 14, 2026, incident in Minneapolis, Minnesota, during a large-scale ICE immigration enforcement operation (part of the Trump administration’s “Operation Metro Surge” in the Twin Cities area). One of the agents shot and wounded a Venezuelan migrant named Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis in the leg during what was described as a confrontation.
-And more evidence piles up regarding the DHS disdain for Due Process (which, of course, should not be a matter in the first place, since DHS and ICE should not exist, and immigration is a state issue AND since most other federal rationales for “catching bad guys and violent criminals” are examples of the feds arrogating the policing of crimes that should be policed on the state level, according to the US Constitution.

He is a Republican candidate in the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts primary election scheduled for March 3. Don Huffines’ son, Russell Huffines (his youngest son), works in the White House as part of the Trump administration. Specifically, he is listed in roles such as Associate Director of Agency Outreach in the White House Office of Cabinet Affairs (starting around June 2025). (BTW, Ms. Belle’s designation of Huffines as “far right” created a distinction that doesn’t quite capture the entire gamut of collectivist-MAGA, collectivist Zionist, and collectivist others who might not fall into the category of “far right” but who still embrace statism/collectivism.

-The US (Kushner and Witkoff) are supposed to meet with Iranian officials in Geneva, Switzerland, tomorrow, as the US and Iran demand an end to Iranian nuclear power refining, Iran disarmament from its ballistic missiles, and Iran stopping aid to other pro-independence Middle Eastern groups that resist Israeli encroachment. The Iranians have offered something that might be attractive to any average thug like most US thugs we have encountered in the last twenty years - they are offering for US oil companies to engage in commercial partnerships with Iranian oil facilities. It would be a big benefit, not too distant from what the US tried to instigate with the 1953 coup, actually. But Netanyahu likely will not allow the US to go for it. He wants regime change and is focused on the “Greater Israel Project”. They want the Shah’s son installed and they want Iran defenseless, a proxy of Israel and the US.

IMMIGRATION POLICE STATEThis is getting more attention, a month after ICE did it, in mid-Jan.
-Tom Homan tries to dance around this question. He mentions “internal affairs” investigations. Regardless of his attempt to block the line of inquiry, his involvement in this immoral predation is clear, and, even IF the ICE agents in question had behaved according to some promoted “operational norm” that people such as Homan or Noem or others promote as part of their never-ending spin, the very existence of ICE and the DHS are insults to the principle of Natural Rights, and they are utterly dismissive of their US Constitution. Tis an ongoing problem of life-or-death proportion. This particular report stems from a January 14, 2026, incident in Minneapolis, Minnesota, during a large-scale ICE immigration enforcement operation (part of the Trump administration’s “Operation Metro Surge” in the Twin Cities area). One of the agents shot and wounded a Venezuelan migrant named Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis in the leg during what was described as a confrontation.
-And more evidence piles up regarding the DHS disdain for Due Process (which, of course, should not be a matter in the first place, since DHS and ICE should not exist, and immigration is a state issue AND since most other federal rationales for “catching bad guys and violent criminals” are examples of the feds arrogating the policing of crimes that should be policed on the state level, according to the US Constitution.

Don Huffines (also referred to as Donald Huffines) is currently running for political office. He is a Republican candidate in the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts primary election scheduled for March 3. Don Huffines’ son, Russell Huffines (his youngest son), works in the White House as part of the Trump administration. Specifically, he is listed in roles such as Associate Director of Agency Outreach in the White House Office of Cabinet Affairs (starting around June 2025). (BTW, Ms. Belle’s designation of Huffines as “far right” created a distinction that doesn’t quite capture the entire gamut of collectivist-MAGA, collectivist Zionist, and collectivist others who might not fall into the category of “far right” but who still embrace statism/collectivism.
-Robert Barnes notes this key tie between Epstein and the Rothschilds, but he does not mention the deeper ties to Kathryn Ruemmler (formerly of the Obama Admin and then of Goldman Sachs) who took over Epstein’s work for the Rothchilds, and the Rothschild ties to Ukraine’s finances.
