-Climate Depot has a fine piece on Mr. Ehrlich’s damaging and unfounded claims. Headline: “Paul Ehrlich dies at 93 – A scientist who predicted a dire future for humanity in his book The Population Bomb – He got things ‘so badly wrong’ – Climate Depot” LINK
-On the climate front, and mixed with even more deceptive political rhetoric, Fed Chair Jerome Powell just claimed that “AI data centers” are driving up electricity costs, and that such drivers are going to be pushing up “inflation”, but, first, inflation is the inflation of the money supply that sees the higher number of monetary units bid up prices and inspire moral hazards that, when consumers eventually pull back on spending, see a need for liquidation and a bust, but also, the claim re AI centers is being shown to be unsupported by evidence.
