Greetings, fellow Conspirators!

Big thanks to everyone who got to join us, live, tonight! It was excellent to touch-base with the Conspiracy to discuss the latest developments in the US-Israeli aggression against Iran, and to look at the deceptions of Trump as his gang prepares to further destabilize the world, wipe out economic systems, and impoverish millions. Pray that he stands down, but he likely is set on his bloodthirsty course to send more US troops, w/o any Declaration of War, to the Persian Gulf, a place they cannot control. Thanks, also to the fine journalists whose work we got to cover! - Check them out if you haven't followed them, and join us, m-f 6 PM on Rumble, or X “AT” gardgoldsmith! Here are some of the major stories we covered tonight, before checking out information about, and a story by, Karl Edward Wagner!

WARIRAN

CNN reports that Trump’s claims to be “negotiating” with Iran (obviously false) and the “fifteen point” proposal Trump is pushing are ruses, cover, for Trump to build up US forces in an attempt to take Kharg Island. Utter folly, if true. He not only is engaging in immoral aggression, he likely is delaying, pretending to be interested in peace, as he has done over and over, in order to better prepare for attack.

Here is the Iranian response to Trump’s “fifteen point” plan, and, beneath it in the thread, the Trump “plan” (otherwise known as DEMANDS made by a thug).

- Note, of course, that the Iranians would not have needed to post this in response to the Trumpers posting their “demands” if the two groups were “negotiating” with each other. Trump’s continued focus on short-term PR and constant spin is losing any strength it once had to fool people.

-Nany Mace looks like she’s opposed, but…

Yeah, here’s reality from the past…

While the DOD wants more $$…. Of course, as we know…

But at least some people close to Trump made a lot of money off the puts and calls on Monday morning.

-And the EU Defense Commissioner understands how much the US and Israel are wasting in their Quixotic (and mass-murdering) attack on Iran.

Cato’s Lincicome quotes a Bloomberg Opinion writer, and exposes his absurd line of thinking.

The idea of sending Marines to take Kharg Island is insane and immoral.

And Trump just ordered the 82nd Airborne to the region - Dave DeCamp, of AntiWar, has the info:

Let’s recall that the US never abided by the JCPOA, but Iran DID, and one of the few things that the US under Obama DID do as part of the JCPOA was unlock SOME of the tens of billions of $ of Iranian funds that the US was holding in escrow in foreign banks. MAGA folks derided Obama for sending back some of that cash, but, it belonged to Iranian people, and Glenn Greenwald here makes another valid contemporary point about the MAGA anger, even as they continue to blindly support Trump and show their hypocrisy.

-Here are Ron Paul and Daniel McAdams on that. LINK And here is Dave DeCamp of AntiWar on it

And as Trump’s folly strangles energy worldwide, the Brits and Europeans already are hurting. Here is Ian Proud, with Andrew Napolitano, on that

Regardless of one’s stance on the “shut down” (which is not complete, of course) this is amusing.

So… yesterday, a judge ruled that Hegseth could not impose the equivalent of a loyalty oath on reporters in order to get press access to the Pentagram. In response, petulant Pete did this. HRADLINE: “Pentagon to remove media offices after court rulingLINK

IMMIGRATION POLICE STATE

This is a big win for thousands of people. Headline: “US judge blocks Trump administration from detaining thousands of refugees” LINK
A federal judge in Boston temporarily blocked a new Trump administration policy on March 23, 2026, that would have allowed the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to arrest and detain thousands of lawfully admitted refugees who hadn’t yet obtained green cards (lawful permanent resident status) after one year in the U.S.
The ruling came from U.S. District Judge Richard G. Stearns (or Richard Stearns) in the District of Massachusetts. It was issued at the request of six refugees (from countries including Rwanda, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Sudan) plus two refugee advocacy groups. The judge found that the plaintiffs were likely to succeed on the merits of their claims and would suffer irreparable harm without the block. The Trump administration did not file opposition to the request for a preliminary injunction, so the policy is on hold nationwide while the full lawsuit proceeds. This stems from a DHS memo (part of what’s called “Operation PARRIS”) issued earlier in 2026. It targeted refugees who were legally resettled through the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program but hadn’t adjusted their status to green-card holders within the usual one-year window. Historically, these refugees weren’t subject to detention solely for that reason— they had been vetted extensively before arrival and were on a clear path to permanent residency. The new policy treated the delay as grounds for arrest and potential detention, which plaintiffs called an unlawful shift from decades of practice and a misinterpretation of it. (Note: This is separate from—but related to—an earlier January/February 2026 case in Minnesota, where Judge John Tunheim issued a similar block limited to that state for about 5,600 refugees. The Boston ruling appears broader.) Refugee groups like HIAS (Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society) hailed the decision as protecting tens of thousands of people who arrived legally and were already living and working in the U.S. Here is Reuters on it https://www.reuters.com/world/us-judge-blocks-trump-administration-detaining-thousands-refugees-2026-03-23/
- And the US still is trying to persecute Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Headline: ‘Trump admin wants judge to lift block on deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia so it can send him to AfricaLINK
And then there is this: Headline - “A key immigration ruling is flying under the radar” LINK What is this one about, and is it tied to the earlier decision? Not tied, but important, none the less. refugee-specific detention case we’ve been discussing, involving HIAS-related groups as plaintiffs or amici. The “flying under the radar” ruling (your new MSN/Daily Caller link)

  • Court: U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

  • Date: Very recent (opinion issued around March 24, 2026 or shortly before).

  • Case: Buenrostro Mendez v. Bondi (or similar spelling; full citation often 25-20496).

  • What it does: It expands the definition of who qualifies as an “arriving alien” under immigration law. This makes it harder for certain noncitizens (especially those who entered illegally or without inspection) to use last-minute asylum claims as a tactic to stall or prevent deportation/removal.

  • Key point: It affects people in removal proceedings who try to file defensive asylum applications late in the process. The ruling broadens the category of “arriving aliens,” which has procedural consequences for bond, detention, and the ability to remain in the U.S. while claims are litigated. It’s being praised by enforcement advocates as closing a loophole that allowed delays.

This is an appellate-level decision focused on asylum procedure and deportation enforcement for unlawfully present individuals — not on resettled refugees.
