THE MENDACIOUS MURDERERS - Let’s take a look at two of the darkest figures in this terrible US aggression…
Carrying on from the close of last night’s Liberty Conspiracy Live, we see that Pete Hegseth continues glorifying war crimes and signaling that the US is fully prepared to commit more.

And, as Larry Johnson notes, the Financial Times just revealed that Hegseth’s position as head of the US DoD is clouded not only by war crimes and robbery from us to pay for his mass murder, but from what looks very much like attempted insider trading and influence-peddling. Headline: “Who Else, Besides Pete Hegseth, is Trying to Use the War in Iran to Get Rich?” LINK Here is Al Jazeera on it LINK. Here is the initial FT article: LINK The Financial Times article reports that Hegseth’s personal broker at Morgan Stanley contacted BlackRock in February about a potential multimillion-dollar investment in the asset manager’s Defense Industrials Active ETF. This fund focuses on major defense contractors (such as Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman) likely to benefit from heightened military spending. The inquiry occurred shortly before U.S.-Israeli airstrikes on Iran—actions in which Hegseth, as Defense Secretary and a key advocate for the campaign, played a prominent role. The investment ultimately did not proceed, as the ETF was not yet available through Morgan Stanley at the time. The timing has raised questions about potential conflicts of interest or attempts to profit from impending conflict. The Pentagon strongly denied the allegations, calling the FT report “entirely false and fabricated” and demanding an immediate retraction. It insisted neither Hegseth nor his representatives approached BlackRock about any such investment. - QUESTION: Was this leaked, to push out Hegseth? Wouldn’t involvement in the extrajudicial murder of hundreds of people in the Caribbean, or the mass murder of Houthis be sufficient to see him not only booted from office, but also tried for War Crimes?
Meanwhile, SC GOP Senator Lindsey Graham took time away from promoting genocide, US troops invading the Persian Gulf, and war crimes, to visit Disney World. Headline: “Bloodthirsty MAGA Senator Lindsey Graham Pauses Warmongering to Go to Disney” LINK
STRUCTURAL-MOVING PIECES -
As we last night noted on Liberty Conspiracy Live, the Trump rhetoric now includes a boast of “regime change”, and that appears to be the Admin building its offramp to back off from boots on the ground or boats in the Strait. Here is more of that theme, from Hegseth, even as he tries to bluster. And, of course, the “regime” is no different, and has been incentivized to develop nuclear weapons for self-protection, as a deterrent against nations like the US.

Trump insults the European politicians he has made worse off due to his attack on Iran…

Trump lies about the Iranians accepting many of the “Fifteen Points” the US is trying to force on them.

Hegseth makes similar bold claims - and lies about “negotiations”…

It’s not a good vibe for the US - this continuation of warmongering against Iran thing - in this one case… nice to see this:

And Hegseth claims that the US can move into Iran in fifteen ways — which, again, is absurd over the long-haul. They have not offered any state-v-state “justification”, not been consistent on their objectives, openly engaged in and promoted war crimes as simply standard op, and do not care about their lovely Constitution.

We begin with this, from the UN, on Israeli aggression in southern Lebanon being so outrageous that the Israelis are shooting at UN forces stationed there to monitor. Here, we see a UN spokesman describing IDF warning shots and a tank shell exploding near a UNIFIL convoy in Naqura, Lebanon, on March 28, labeling it deliberate aggression and a potential war crime under international humanitarian law. And this follows a March 6 incident where Israeli tank fire wounded three Ghanaian UNIFIL peacekeepers at Al-Qawzah base, with Israel admitting the error and apologizing, yet drawing criticism for repeated violations

Here is a reminder that ICE/DHS operating completely contrary to the US Constitution and basic ethics are the corrupt foundations that lead to deadly consequences. The NYT has a new report on the 2026 deaths in ICE custody. The NYT investigation revealing 46 deaths in ICE custody since Trump’s January 2025 inauguration—13 in early 2026 alone—surpassing prior records amid a near-doubling of detainees to over 100,000 under mass deportation drives. Mexico’s government has formally protested the deaths of at least 12 of its citizens, demanding investigations, while adjusted death rates per detainee remain below historical peaks despite the raw total surge.
