Welcome, fellow Conspirators!!
Whether it was lifting one's jaw off the floor seeing Maria Bartiromo trying to excuse Trump unconstitutionally attacking Iran, holding Iranian assets, and claiming Iran is pursuing nuke weapons, or it was the chance to look into the upbeat history of western gold miners working out property rights claims without statism, studying the AIPAC attack on Massie, or it was looking into Trump's unscrupulous stock trades, we had a blast night digging into the news. Thanks to our fellow Conspirators, and the journalists we got to mention. Join us, m-f 6 pm on Rumble or on X for each program, and grab the audio podcast about 90 min after each show, here or at Spotify! Here are some of the key stories we got to discuss…

The disclosures, filed late with the U.S. Office of Government Ethics and made public last week, detail buys and sells in companies like Nvidia, Microsoft, Amazon, Boeing, and Palantir, totaling $220 million to $750 million. Unlike past presidents who used blind trusts or passive investments, Trump’s assets remain in a revocable family trust managed by third-party institutions, drawing a $200 fine for missed deadlines. Critics including Sen. Elizabeth Warren point to suspicious timings around government approvals and deals, calling it self-dealing, while the White House insists it’s fully compliant with ethics rules and fully disclosed.

GAZAThe Israeli navy is attacking the Sumud flotilla in international waters.
This is the mindset behind the Zionist occupation/genocide machine
What does Mr. Huckabee have to say? Zip.
CUBAThis, from Natali Morris, of Redacted, is spot-on:
’The White House recently offered Havana a $100 million “humanitarian aid” package designed to stabilize Cuba’s economy, which has been hit by U.S. sanctions. This is on the condition that Cuba agrees to “meaningful reforms,” opens its economy to foreign investment, and loosens state control, among other things.
Does this strategy sound familiar? Create the crisis, then offer the solution with strings attached. It’s obvious, and it’s right there in our history books.
The U.S. also offered to expand Cuba’s internet access through SpaceX’s Starlink system. This isn’t the generous fix they make it out to be, though. Why? Because the U.S. blocks Cuba from accessing nearby fiber-optic infrastructure. A better solution would be removing the restrictions blocking access in the first place. This is why the Starlink offer is viewed more as an influence, surveillance, and control tactic.
The package is presented as a solution to the country’s growing fuel shortages, blackouts, and humanitarian struggles. Minister of Foreign Affairs for Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez, had a reasonable response to this:
“The best aid that the US government could provide to the noble Cuban people at this or any time is to de-escalate the measures of the energy, economic, commercial, and financial blockade, intensified as never before in recent months.”
He’s referring to recent restrictions, as well as Washington’s January blockade on oil shipments to Cuba, on top of more than 60 years of U.S. strangulation, stemming from the longest-running trade embargo in history.
Even the United Nations condemned the U.S. sanctions, arguing that they are illegal and harm civilians by restricting access to food, electricity, healthcare, and basic development.
What has Washington’s blockade and sanctions left Cuba with?
“We have absolutely no fuel oil, absolutely no diesel,” Vicente de la O Levy, Cuba’s minister of energy and mines, said last week. The minister added that the national grid was in a “critical” state and the government has “no reserves.” Others report that water is available for only one hour a day, sometimes even less.
And this is when the United States swooped in with its rescue plan.
Why is the U.S. aggressively forcing Cuba’s hand by harming its citizens? Could it be that Trump needs a win to compensate for the Iran war? After all, he publicly declared: “I do believe I’ll [have] the honor of taking Cuba. That’d be good. That’s a big honor.” He went on to say, “Whether I free it, take it, [I] think I can do anything I want with it.”
Maybe it’s about countering China, since Cuba and Beijing are close trade partners, and China has spoken out in Cuba’s defense. Or perhaps this is part of the regime change effort that Secretary of State Marco Rubio has pushed for, starting with making sure ex-Cuban leader Raúl Castro is out of the way.
No matter what the motive may be, the people suffering most from this are everyday Cuban citizens trapped in the middle of a geopolitical power play.’

TRUMP v MASSIETrump just released a last-minute video for Gallstone and against Massie
Well, at least some folks are waking up, but some still seem groggy, not seeing that they were off-base by not understanding A. the literal wording of the US Constitution, and B. the fact that all statism forces people to pay for it, act as the state dictates, and more.
Some of Massie’s votes.
Hegseth, a clear war criminal, claims that “at some point” a man cannot stand against everything, because that stands against progress. Yet everything Massie stands against is in opposition to the US Constitution, so he is the one protecting the document.

PRIVACY - DIGITAL CURRENCYTwo major items are at play in the Senate.
First, the CLARITY ACT… H.R. 3633 LINK.
On May 14, the Republican-led U.S. Senate Banking Committee advanced it in a 15-9 bipartisan vote. All 13 Republicans were joined by two Democrats — Sens. Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) and Angela Alsobrooks (D-MD). The bill now moves to the full Senate. This is the most underhanded and usurping federal cryptocurrency/digital asset market-structure legislation to date. It creates federal mandates for the entire sector, which has operated in a regulatory gray area for years.
Key provisions include:
Divides oversight: The SEC regulates digital assets that look like securities/investments; the CFTC oversees “digital commodities” (like Bitcoin and other decentralized tokens that pass a “mature blockchain” test.
Stablecoin rules (building on the earlier GENIUS Act, which is already law): Bans certain yield/rewards on idle stablecoin balances that resemble bank deposits, while allowing them for transaction-based uses, making the stablecoin model virtually impossible to hold for long periods of time and spurring resale and/or investment in US treasuries — this, itself, will be inflationary by multiplying assumed “assets” off which banks will loan, which, in turn, will be called “assets” for “backing” additional loans.
Includes government-created “safe harbors for decentralized finance (DeFi), self-custody wallets, and clearer disclosure requirements.” - Sucking in suckers to use government-run “safe-harbors”
Anti-CBDC language: Contains provisions restricting central bank digital currency (CBDC) use for monetary policy or direct consumer offerings (sometimes referenced as the “Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act” in the short title).
Consumer safeguards & enforcement: Stronger anti-money laundering tools, reporting requirements, and measures to combat illicit finance.
The bill was led by Senate Banking Committee Chairman Tim Scott (R-SC) after nearly a year of “negotiations”. It passed the House last year and is now a top priority for the crypto industry (and has support from President Trump, who has pledged to sign it). This is the only major digital-currency/crypto bill that has just cleared a Senate committee in the past week. (For reference, the earlier GENIUS Act focused narrowly on stablecoins and became law in 2025,) You can follow it on Congress.gov (search H.R. 3633) or the Senate Banking Committee site. It still needs full Senate passage (likely requiring 60 votes to overcome a filibuster) and House concurrence on any changes before going to the president.
SECOND The GUARD Act (S. 3062, Guidelines for User Age-verification and Responsible Dialogue Act of 2025), an AI-focused measure aimed at protecting minors from harmful interactions with AI chatbots and “companions.”
On April 30, 2026, the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee unanimously approved it in a bipartisan vote. It is now pending consideration by the full Senate.
Key provisions of the bill
Age verification requirements — AI chatbot operators must implement systems to verify user age and restrict access or features for minors.
Ban on AI companions for minors — Prohibits AI “companions” (chatbots designed for emotional/romantic interaction) for users under 18.
Content safeguards — Prevents chatbots from providing sexually explicit content, encouraging self-harm, violence, or other harmful material to younger users.
Transparency rules — Requires chatbots to clearly disclose that they are not human and lack professional credentials (e.g., not therapists or doctors).
Penalties — Includes enforcement mechanisms and potential criminal penalties for violations involving minors.
The bill was co-sponsored by Sens. Josh Hawley (R-MO) and Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), with strong bipartisan support in committee. Since, of course, the First Amendment prohibits Congress from abridging the right of free speech, and since AI is a programming product, which is a form of speech interacting with electricity, interacting with other people, this act clearly violates the First Amendment.
