Five U.S. citizens, including 19-year-old Tycen Proper have been accused of planning to use drone explosives and engage in sniper attacks at the UFC event at the White House. And since Proper’s phone held TrackAIPAC images of lawmakers like Sen. Marsha Blackburn, sourced from the site’s public FEC data on AIPAC donations, this source of information, claims Loomer, is a “hit list” - even though supporters of Israel might see a positive in knowing which DC politicians were the biggest puppets of the Zionist war machine.

ECONOMY - BLS’S RECENT INCLUSION OF USED APPAREL PUSHES DOWN PRICE STATS, OF COURSE

This, from the news side of Brittanica, offers key information about the foolish and obvious attempt by the Bureau of Labor Stats to lower the measurement of so-called “inflation”. As we know, what they actually are measuring are price increases caused by the inflation of the fiat money supply, but we can look at their desperate move and see that it fits a pattern of repeated changes in the price measurement, changes made to decrease the stat and make it seem as if prices are not rising as rapidly as they are. “How Inflation Statistics Evolve | Secondhand Apparel, Thrift Shopping, & the CPI | Britannica Money” LINK

Here are other 2025 changes (already implemented):

• 1. Leased cars and trucks (effective with April 2025 data, released May 2025): Replaced survey-based data with purchased vendor transaction data for greater accuracy.

• 2. Wireless telephone services (effective with July 2025 data, released August 2025): Switched from survey data to secondary source data and non-traditional index methods.

• 3. Health insurance index (effective with November 2025 data, released December 2025): Removed long-term care (LTC) insurance from both pricing and weighting due to market shifts (stand-alone LTC plans are declining; coverage now often comes as hybrids with life insurance, which is out of scope for CPI).

Every one of these is designed to bring in data that is skewed by lower prices, facilitating more deception by the government.

MORE ON THE TRUMP IRS SLUSH FUND

The “slush fund” (formally the DOJ’s “Anti-Weaponization Fund”) is currently blocked by federal court order and effectively on hold, with ongoing litigation and an investigation into the underlying settlement. The total came to roughly $1.776–1.8 billion taxpayer-funded bucks, this according to Trump’s DOJ in mid-May 2026 as part of a settlement in President Donald J. Trump v. Internal Revenue Service (filed in the Southern District of Florida). The fund was intended to compensate individuals and entities claiming they were victims of government “weaponization” or “lawfare.” Buuut, of course, it is a self-dealing settlement (Trump and his family suing his own administration).

Where do things stand, in the COURTS? Well, right now, the fund is in TWO courts, and is paused and blocked from any implementation due to one court:

• Eastern District of Virginia (main challenge): A coalition including Democracy Forward sued to block it. U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema (Clinton appointee) issued a temporary restraining order on May 29, 2026, halting setup, funding, or payouts. On or around June 12, 2026, she extended this into a preliminary injunction, keeping the block in place indefinitely while the case proceeds. She indicated the case could be dismissed as moot if top officials (Acting AG Todd Blanche, Associate AG Stanley Woodward Jr., and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent) file sworn declarations under penalty of perjury by TODAY, declarations confirming the fund will not proceed “in any manner, or under any name.”

  -Southern District of Florida (original Trump v. IRS case): Judge Kathleen Williams reopened the underlying lawsuit on May 30, 2026, after a motion by 35 former federal judges alleging collusion (”Trump suing himself”) and a potential “fraud on the court.” Trump’s attorneys were ordered to respond by June 12, 2026, regarding possible misconduct and sanctions.

• The administration publicly stated (including in congressional testimony) that it is abandoning the fund due to the court orders and backlash, making some challenges arguably moot. However, as noted above judges have required formal sworn commitments rather than accepting unsworn representations.

No final ruling on the fund’s underlying legality has been issued yet. It remains tied up in litigation, but, again, the Trump DoJ said it will drop the idea…

THIS MSN piece (a video or article) discusses Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) using a procedural objection to block or stall a bill (likely a Democratic proposal, such as one from Sen. Jacky Rosen) that would have permanently blocked or defunded the fund. This fits into broader Senate fights over related spending bills, where Republicans rejected amendments to legislatively kill the fund and instead relied on the administration’s assurances that it was being dropped.

TODAY is a BIG DAY for the VA case. It’s “Declaration Deadline” day - when the Trump Admin literally has to write a public statement that it will not proceed with the fund… In the main lawsuit challenging the fund (brought by Democracy Forward and others in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia), Judge Leonie Brinkema issued a preliminary injunction on June 12, 2026. This indefinitely blocks the Department of Justice (DOJ) from creating, funding, setting up, or making any payouts from the fund. The judge was skeptical of the administration’s earlier verbal and public statements (e.g., Acting AG Todd Blanche telling Congress they were “not moving forward with the fund, period”). She wanted a formal, sworn declaration from three key officials:

• Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche

• Associate Attorney General Stanley Woodward Jr.

• Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent

The declarations must explicitly state that they will not take any action to create or operate the Anti-Weaponization Fund, and that the fund will not proceed in any manner, or under any name. If the filings are proper and sufficient, the judge has indicated she is likely to dismiss the case as moot (ended) and lift the injunction. This would be the first time the administration has committed to killing the fund under penalty of perjury.

What’s Happening? Well, This Morning (as of ~9:44 AM U.S. time)

• No filings reported! Wha—?!!!

• The preliminary injunction remains fully in effect — the fund is still blocked.

• The deadline is for the end of the court business day (typically late afternoon Eastern Time). Filings still could come later today.

• The administration said it is abandoning the fund (due to the court order and backlash), but it has not provided the exact sworn language the judge demanded. Earlier statements were not under oath

This is the key remaining step in the main Virginia case. The separately reopened Trump v. IRS case in Florida (investigating possible “fraud on the court” in the original settlement) is a separate track and not directly tied to today’s deadline. As of 5 PM the Trump Admin did not respond to the VA Court. WHAT A SHOCK! Fund status: Still legally blocked.

• Lawsuit status: Ongoing.

• Next steps: We’ll likely see updates in the coming days (either a filing that was processed late today, a court order, or confirmation that nothing was submitted).
