Often pro-Trump Conservative talk host Charlie Kirk was shot this afternoon, at a public appearance in Utah. Leftist media figures are insinuating that Kirk is to blame for his own assassination attempt. LINK Mr. Kirk was shot from 200 yrds and hit in the neck. He had two children, one three-years old, the other one-year-old — REVISION, 4:24 PM Eastern: Mr. Kirk wass reported to have died... LINK And the man whom first was apprehended is said to not be the suspect… LINK

On Liberty Conspiracy Live Tuesday night, we got to show some of the Qatari PM’s comments re the Israeli-US attack in Doha on the Hamas/Qatari people meeting there to await the Israeli and US contingents that never planned on attending the “peace negotiations.” Here is more of the PM’s commentary, as he correctly terms Israel’s attack as “state terrorism”. Israel just bombed multiple locations in Yemen, all, civilian areas. LINK

Israel reportedly carried out multiple airstrikes in northern and central Syria near Homs, Palmyra, and Latakia, in what Syria’s Foreign Ministry describes as part of an ongoing escalation.
Israel appears to have hit another Sumud Flotilla vessel. The fire did not destroy the ship and everyone aboard is okay. The members of the flotilla are undeterred and unbowed. They continue to sail towards Gaza to deliver food. LINK and Tehran Tadgh offers comments about their high degree of vigilance aboard the boats. LINK And here is more from al Jazeera. LINK
US ambassador to (perhaps FOR) Israel Mike Huckabee says the US will not oppose Israel expanding its annexation over all of the West Bank. Yeah, what a shock, eh? LINK

Russia’s defense ministry has denounced Ukrainian President Zelensky’s claim that Russia struck civilian targets in Donbass as “completely false.”
Moscow has dismissed Poland’s latest claim that Russian drones breached the country’s air space. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said no evidence has been provided linking the UAVs to Russia. LINK!
It looks like the drone image provided from Poland is not the make that could travel to its location from Russia. These might be Ukrainian defense drones…
Meanwhile… Poland invoked Article 4 of the North Atlantic Treaty on September 10, 2025, in response to the incursion of the at least 19 “Russian drones” into its airspace during a Russian attack on Ukraine.
A federal judge has blocked Trump from firing Fed board member Lisa Cook
LINK as a lawsuit challenging her termination plays out in court. Trump said on Aug. 25 he was firing Cook, citing suggestions by Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte that she committed mortgage fraud. Since this has not been proven, the debate is whether or not Trump has “cause” to fire her. His real motive is to eliminate a board member who opposes lowering interest rates… And, of course, none of this actually is relevant for a federalist system under the US Constitution, which, if Trump adhered to his oath to “protect and defend” the Constitution, he would fire her and all other members of the FED, charge them with counterfeiting, and, as a next step on their constitutional side, order the treasury to handle all minting of US coins and allowing private interests to issue their own free-market currency that would rise or fall based on consumer satisfaction of its ability to be traded and to retain value.
Chief Justice Roberts has lifted an injunction that blocked Trump from stopping $6 BIL in international pork. LINK

A 47-year-old woman evidently thought people would applaud her for targeting Korean workers at a Hyundai plant in Georgia and getting ICE to attack them and force them out of the US. People reacted in the opposite manner. Large numbers of Americans correctly cite her for being an ignorant thug. LINK
And a Trump Bureaucrat says that, even though the Administration now considers verbal or written support of peace groups and peaceful political movements to be possible support for terrorism, the feds only are scouring to find “terror support” on social media of potential migrants who want to work or study here. Get it? LINK
Oh, and when Trump paid for the illegal imprisonment of men in El Salvador, he did not tell the prison operators not to torture people. LINK
These folks in NY state fought back at ICE. LINK
The Supreme Court has agreed to take up an expedited hearing of Trump’s Executive Branch-issued tariff terrorist edicts. Last week, the US Court of Appeals for the “Federal Circuit” (for DC-based matters that apply to the entire country, rather than cases rising up from one of the other Circuit Courts of Appeal) ruled against Trump’s tariffs, not because the tariffs only can originate in the House, but because they disagreed with Trump’s view that he could use the 1977 “Emergency/National-Security Powers” tariff switcharoo passed by Congress that handed him a completely bogus power to block products from other countries if a Prez thought the other nations were “adversaries”. Now, we likely will see the SCOTUS merely ruling on whether Trump’s actions fit the statute, not whether the statute itself is unconstitutional, which is one of the most obvious realities in recent time.
