It was a big program tonight, with a lot of dense information, pulled apart to see the evergreen lessons for freedom. Many thanks to the chatters and those who have shared the links! Here are some of the major topics you’ll find in this pod!

Yesterday, US AG (and Red Flag gun-grabber) Pam Bondi said that the U.S. will go after "hate speech" in the wake of Charlie Kirk's death, even though the term “hate speech” is simply an arbitrary term that those with political power (or those who want to exercise it as a weapon) use to silence dissent. There is no “hate speech” exception to the First Amendment and Mr. Kirk himself opposed hate speech legislation.

Bondi then tried to revise her statement, trying to claim that “hate speech” that “crosses the line” into violence is forbidden by statute. First of all, that’s about real, physical violence, not sound waves “crossing the line” into real, person-on-person aggression, so there is no “crossing a line”, they are two different things. Second, in most cases, such actual violence is supposed to be a state issue. Here is her revision. LINK

And, of course, Rubio wants to jump into “action.” The State Department is trying to add amendments to HR 5300 that would allow it to revoke passports of American citizens for "aiding and abetting human traffickers and foreign terrorist organizations." – Which leaves it up to the government to define “aiding and abetting” and “terrorist” – how nice of them.

Donald Trump wants to designate CODE PINK as a terrorist group because some of its members protested him as he entered a restaurant where they were eating. He says they should THANK HIM for what he is trying to do to “bring peace” to the Middle East. Seriously. LINK

Trump also told ABC News Reporter Jonathan Karl that the feds should investigate him because he has “a lot of hate in your heart” – that’s Donald Trump, openly taking on the mantel of John Adams and Lincoln, both of whom offensively attacked the First Amendment, and it’s Trump, who literally has killed hundreds of people on his own command, sand trials, and who has, with faux soberness, lied over and over about wanting peace in the Middle East even as he hands more weapons to Israel and allows for or helps organize and carry out assassinations of foreign ambassadors, and peace negotiators. Meanwhile, many people are focusing on FBI Dir Kash Patel and the fact that numerous Discord users were presaging the assassination attempt on Kirk. The impression I get is that, whether this is part of a larger plan or not, the FBI “missing” these communications is going to be used by the state-enablers and state-growers to push for more online monitoring of “terror groups” and dissidents. FISA 702 will be strengthened if they have their way.

Pete Navarro wants Musk to purge X and ban foreigners. LINK and he has the gall to tell Squawk Box that he and others wrongfully were sent to jail and attacked by the previous administration. LINK

Meanwhile, contrary to early reports, the alleged killer of Charlie Kirk has NOT confessed and the details the FBI are giving are... a bit murky and dubious. There was a note, FBI Dir Patel says, but the note was destroyed, he claims, so they will, he says, “forensically reconstruct it.’ Okay, sure.

ISRAEL

What’s going on here? 250+ state legislators, taking a group shot… in Israel. LINK

Here is a bit more information, via the UN, of what they are seeing on the ground in Gaza as the lack of food makes competition for what is available very intense. LINK

The UN has declared in a report that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. ABC’s Jonathan Karl asked Trump about that and he said “We’ll see” when the final vote in the UN is conducted, which, of course, will allow the US to block it, and then Trump will have the answer he wants. LINK

Netanyahu claims that Israel is under attack from Qatar and China. That would be Qatar, which Israel just bombed, and China, which has nothing to do with Israel. LINK

The Pentagon blocked House members from being briefed about Trump’s first attack on a boat off the coast of Venezuela. That would be the HOUSE, which is required by the Constitution to Declare WAR for the Prez to order the military to act.

ICE has been using a government-corporate creation to circumvent the “4th-mendment” (as we hipsters always, always say, because, of course, we’re very cool), and kidnap and deport migrants. LINK

This man was shot in a robbery (not his crime, he was a victim), went to get his belongings back from police, and was arrested by local cops, handed to ICE and is on their files to be deported. The arrest came over… unpaid traffic violation fines. LINK

Trump got Senate approval for his new Fed Board appointee (who also is a White House advisor, and who wants to see just what Trump wants, lower rates and more inflation of the money supply). This, while Lisa Cook, the board member Trump wants out has won a court case that puts her departure on hold. It’s a confused mess, and we are forced to be attached to it via the government. LINK
