Welcome, fellow Conspirators!

Tonight, we began with an update, an update on the still-mysterious assassination of pro-Nazi Ukrainian politician and Maiden Coup string-puller Andrey Parubiy. The suspect admits to the deed. But some are not buying the official story. LINK

Then, we rolled into the latest on Trump’s invasion of states contrary to Article Four, Section Four, of their US Constitution.

Yep. A federal judge just ruled that Trump’s June 7 National Guard/ICE invasion of LA was “illegal” – a breach of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878. But the Posse Comitatus Act is not needed to determine the legality of Trump’s actions. He breached the US Constitution on multiple levels, including the breach of Article Four, Section Four, as well as the use of federal troops to enforce immigration, which is not a federal role. Posse Comitatus is not needed because Article Four, Section Four, already sets that standard by which federal troops only an enter a state if the legislature (or gov) of a state asks the feds to enter to help the state preserve its “republican form of government” in the face of what the legislature or governor terms an “insurrection/rebellion” or high violence (again, sadly, as defined by the state legislature or the governor of that state). See what you think, and note this, as the closer of the piece:

“(US District Judge Charles Breyer) The judge’s order — in the face of Trump’s plans for what Breyer called ‘a national police force with the president as its chief’ — further blocks the administration from sending troops into the state.

The Trump administration is blocked from “deploying, ordering, instructing, training, or using the National Guard currently deployed in California, and any military troops heretofore deployed in California, to execute the laws, including but not limited to engaging in arrests, apprehensions, searches, seizures, security patrols, traffic control, crowd control, riot control, evidence collection, interrogation or acting as informants,” according to the ruling.

Breyer’s order is paused until September 12, giving the Trump administration time to appeal.”

We also looked into the latest on the big Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and the positive moves for personal travel between Russia and China, the positive statements of Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico regarding freer trade with the BRICS nations and his frustration with the EU, and the heavy hypocrisy of Trump when it comes to Indian interests reselling Russian oil. All that, and a 15-minute segment of the RT documentary on the US-implanted bioweapons labs put into Ukraine and other Former Iron Curtain nations beginning around 2005, here on the show!
