Here are some of the issues we got to dissect:
TYLENOL + VACCINES
Trump and his highly unconstitutional FDA yesterday rolled out a plan to slap new (also unconstitutional) warning labels on acetaminophen, nodding to murky studies hinting at links between prenatal use and neurodevelopmental problems in young kids. At the same time, the Department of Health and Human Services is crowing about leucovorin, the first FDA-blessed treatment for certain autism-related speech issues. Medicaid’s on board, and the NIH is gearing up for more trials, but few Americans are willing to break out of their normalcy bias to see that not one whit of the federal “action” or “approvals” is consistent with their purported “rule book” of the Constitution. A Drexel U researcher disputes the FDA claim LINK
They’ve also tossed $50 million into the ALSO-unconstitutional Autism Data Science Initiative, a grandiose quest to untangle genetic, environmental, and nutritional threads in autism’s web. Sounds noble, but it’s another unconstitutional and immoral federal money pit, chasing answers that might just elude the bureaucrats’ grasp. LINK LINK
Of course, on issue one, the mainstream media (ever eager to simplify to the point of puerile nonsense) insists there’s no tie between Tylenol and autism. A study from last month noted “positive associations” between prenatal acetaminophen and ADHD, autism, or other neural quirks in offspring. But David Knight made an excellent point about any statistical correlation, noting:
“Tylenol consumption has grown slowly, roughly doubling since 1990. How could that correlate to a 30-fold explosion of autism we’ve seen? Trump & RFKj are gaslighting MAGA, covering for childhood vaccines just as the CDC has done in the past”
In his presser, Trump did mention the low rates of autism among Amish people, but he didn’t mention the low-rates of COVID or mRNA-related disease – since, of course, they don’t get jabs and are a very good control population.

In California, the Assembly just passed a nod to federalism, claiming the power to set their own “vaccine schedule”. LINK The “guidance” appears to be a voluntary, not mandatory, publication/schedule, but California statute-writers mandated that people pay for the their positions and will have to pay for the composition of this state “schedule” – so, yeah, it’s the result of mandates and will force people to pay for the final schedule. Anything attached to state action results from mandates.
TARIFFS
Guy Faulks Day will see Trump’s goons argue in favor of their British-Style tariff impositions. Here are some details of their insane, poisonous, position. LINK
CHARLIE KIRK AMBULANCE-CHASE
The Trumpers keep at it. Trump lamely claims that the last thing Charlie Kirk said to him was, “Please, save Chicago.” In other words, Trump is using Kirk’s name to back up his unconstitutional invasion of Illinois and Chicago. LINK

WAR – INTERNATIONAL
Israel is threatening the Sumud flotilla. LINK
And the Israeli Minister of Science openly stated that the goal of Israel in Gaza is ethnic cleansing and takeover. LINK
At the UN, Trump again demanded that the EU nations stop buying Russian energy/fuel, even as the US buys Russian uranium. Notice the back syntax of this NBC headline, which actually says that European nations are buying Russian fuel AT the UN… (wink) LINK
Shortly thereafter, he posted on Truth Social more utter nonsense about Ukraine, really pushing it, this go-round. LINK
It is worth reiterating that the Russian and Iranian governments have made a new nuclear arrangement. LINK The deal would see eight new nuke plants in Iran over the next 5-10 years.
The Russian government has granted citizenship to Tara Reid, the former Biden aide who believably claimed Biden assaulted her. She occasionally has been contributing to Russia Today, and has done excellent work. Her politics appear to have become much more libertarian since leaving Biden’s gang. LINK
Trump appeared at the UN today and claimed he stopped a million wars, give or take. Of course, he has not stopped ANY military conflicts between any nations, they either continue, or they are at stalemates, like the India-Pakistan problem, mostly centered over Kashmir.
Trump also falsely claimed that Hamas had never agreed to ceasefires. Here is the Hamas statement. LINK
Jimmy Dore nails it regarding the overthrow of Assad and installation/takeover of Shaara (Jolani), as the former Al Nusra, Al Queda man met with bloody-handed Marco Rubio in NYC yesterday. LINK
Israel will not withdraw from its newly occupied areas of Lebanon. LINK
And Israel is blocking the key entryway for the West Bank LINk
And the US now is openly calling for “regime change” in Venezuela. LINK
The Pentagon—now gleefully rebranded the “Department of War” under Secretary Pete Hegseth—has unveiled a fresh assault on the First Amendment, demanding journalists sign a “pledge” to self-censor. Reporters must agree to publish only what the war machine pre-approves, even unclassified info, or forfeit their credentials entirely. Refuse? You’re out, barred from the halls of this unconstitutional behemoth.Hegseth, ever the showman, crowed on X: “The ‘press’ does not run the Pentagon—the people do. The press is no longer allowed to roam the halls of a secure facility. Wear a badge and follow the rules—or go home.” But that badge? It’s a gag order in disguise, chaining scribes to the state’s narrative, turning watchdogs into lapdogs.
This isn’t security; it’s a velvet glove over the iron fist of prior restraint—the very censorship the Founders fled. And let’s not forget: Congress hasn’t declared war since 1941, rendering every troop deployment since a brazen violation of Article I, Section 8. The “Department of War” oversees endless, unauthorized adventurism abroad, yet now it muzzles scrutiny at home? In a free republic, the press roams unbound, exposing the emperor’s follies. IMMIGRATION-POLICE-STATE
As we noted in the Sunday News Assembly, Tom Homan evidently accepted $50,000 in an FBI sting prior to joining the Trump mob. But AG Bondi dropped the investigation. Both of them worked – directly or indirectly – for GEO corp, the largest prison-running company (hired by govt, making it fascist) in the US. He is not denying the acceptance of the bribe. LINK
And business owners are utterly confused by Trump’s change to H1B visas. Why do people have to be subservient to govt overlords when it comes to anything, especially the people with whom they want to work? LINK
RELATED: Trump yesterday signed his breathtakingly unconstitutional “Executive Order” targeting “Antifa” as a “domestic terrorist organization.” Not only is that unconstitutional, Title 18 of the USC only allows him to use that nonsensical and amorphous term to apply to “foreign groups.” LINK
