Virginia Senator Tim Kaine (D) got into a verbal tousle with Zionist GOP-er Ted Cruz (TX) yesterday, an exchange not about Israel’s genocide or the US government facilitating it (with OUR money), but about rights. Kaine expressed his belief that rights don’t preexist the state, are not inherent, but, instead, that he believes rights flow from the state. Here is a follow-up to our report of a few days ago on ICE restarting its contract with Israeli AI firm Paragon to collect data on and track targets. LINK Paragon's flagship product, Graphite, is a sophisticated "zero-click" spyware that can infiltrate smartphones without user interaction, granting access to encrypted apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Signal), messages, location data, photos, and even activating microphones for real-time eavesdropping. While direct evidence of Graphite's specific deployment in Gaza is limited and often based on allegations from human rights groups, reports indicate it fits into a broader pattern where Israeli spyware is "field-tested" on Palestinians before being exported globally.

“Paragon is an Israeli spyware company founded in 2019 by veterans of Israel’s cyberwarfare Unit 8200, the equivalent of the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA). Among the early backers is Prime Minister Ehud Barak, a longtime political heavyweight and known associate of Jeffrey Epstein. From the start, it marketed itself as the “ethical” alternative to Pegasus, another notorious Israeli spyware.
Citizen Lab reports that by 2021 Paragon had launched a U.S. subsidiary and staffed it with former CIA, Air Force, and defense contractor officials. That gave it a foothold in Washington. Within two years, ICE had signed a $2 million contract for its spyware; U.S. Special Operations Command disclosed more than $11 million in related purchases.
In late 2024, ownership shifted. All shares in Paragon Israel were transferred to Paragon Parent Inc., a new Delaware corporation. The deal, reportedly led by Florida-based private equity firm AE Industrial Partners, was valued at $500 million up front, with another $400 million tied to performance goals. Soon after, Paragon was folded into REDLattice, a Virginia contractor already known for offensive cyber tools. U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings show REDLattice’s parent company then added ex-CIA and U.S. Army chiefs to its board.
Once Paragon became ‘American-owned,’ ICE lifted the freeze on its spyware contract.”

According to their Constitution, the US government isn’t supposed to be measuring “employment,” but it does, and, typically, the Department of Labor pumps up the number of new hires, then revises that widely seen information a few weeks later, bringing the “employment figures” down. When they revise down this abysmal number, it might be close to zero! This sees a total of 22,000 new jobs. LINK
The latest Labor Department jobs report for August 2025 shows the unemployment rate at 4.3%.
This time last year, in August 2024, the unemployment rate was 4.2%.
The number of discouraged workers—a subset of those marginally attached to the labor force who have stopped looking for work because they believe no jobs are available for them—stood at 514,000.
Oh, and the US has, for the second time since 2021, reached a point where there are more unemployed people than work openings. LINK
