It's a parent's worst nightmare, you notice your kid aggressively scratching their head. With fear in your eyes, you ask if they've had an itchy head for a while? They reply, "ya, it has been really itchy for 3 or 4 days now." You freeze, you debate between pretending you heard nothing, or, getting out the head lamp and a fine-toothed comb.
