In today’s episode we collectively gathered some information from experience, self-knowledge and research to explain and bring to light some of the misconceptions about what we have been told about certain foods our whole lives. Steph and I un-mask and rediscover in the mist of conversation and we were open enough to tap into self awareness and openness within ourselves.
