1 John 5:11-13
The first Epistle of John says, “I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life.” The Apostle John wanted his readers to receive the gift of everlasting life through faith in Jesus Christ, and to know for certain that they possessed it. If you are united to Him by faith, you have the certain hope of everlasting future glory in His presence.
