Irwin Tobin didn’t know anything of Zionism as a kid, but when he became a young father and involved in his community's synagogue he felt he discovered his life's pursuit.

Later on, on an ideological mission to Jordan he would almost bring to a diplomatic crisis involving the king.

From a young boy playing ball in the Bronx, to a young father becoming extremely involved in Zionism, to a socially-minded coach who made sports accessible  to all in his community, to a grandfather who makes aliya and then started dividing his time between his loving and beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren in the United States and in Israel, this is the story of Irwin Tobin.
