Segment 1
Christine discusses her background spending 30 years in the lingerie and intimate apparel business. Opening Sitting Pretty's doors in late 2021, Christine and her team offer intimate apparel, sleep wear, swimwear, and more! She is always looking for the best brands to offer to her clients. They also offer custom bra fittings to make sure whatever you choose will be the lift you need!

Today in New Jersey History: On February 7, 1735 Aaron Hankinson was born in Matawan, New Jersey. He was a military officer in the Sussex County Militia and later served in the New Jersey General Assembly from 1782 to 1786 and then again from 1788 to 1792. Hankinson would pass away on October 9, 1806 in Stillwater Township, New Jersey.

Segment 2
We discuss the process of how Christine helps her clients make sure they're getting the best fit possible. Making sure they provide the highest customer service is imperative in this business since it is such an intimate experience and purchase. Coming into a specialty store is such a different experience than buying these items at a "big box" store.  We also don't leave out the men in this segment because Christine is passionate about making sure we can be educated and make the best purchase for our ladies!

New Jersey Fun Fact: The first Miss America pageant was held on the boardwalk in Atlantic City in 1921.

Segment 3
When Sitting Pretty opened its doors, it was important to make sure they held events for both women and men to educate them on what they can offer. Also being a part of the community and helping support local businesses and running pop-up shops around Livingston has also been an important community initiative for Sitting Pretty! It's time to go in and get fitted!
