Isaiah chapter 60, verses 1 to 3, “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you, for behold the darkness shall cover the earth and deep darkness the people. But the Lord will arise over you. And His glory will be seen upon you. The gentiles shall come to your light and kings to the brightness of your rising.”
The difficult days ahead must not take away the glorious promise which God has given to us. It is true that in times of darkness people will gather in places where there is light. You are the light of the world, Jesus said. The light of God’s presence is in you and will give hope to many who will be searching for refuge from the canopy of blindness already starting to cover our day. Let the peace of God shine in your mind and in your heart today.
This is Carter Conlon, reminding you, it’s time to pray!
