On this 3rd Sunday in Ordinary Time, our readings invite us to explore the identity and mission of the Incarnate Son still further by carefully attending to the call of His first Apostles. As Tony Crescio ( @anthonycrescio ) explains, when we do, we find that Jesus intends to draw all to saving communion with God beginning at the existential peripheries with those who have been deemed irrelevant by polite society.
